She mopped the floors of the convenient store she's working for. It's already one in the morning but she's still working in order to pay for her tuition. She still has a nine a.m. class later so while sitting on the counter, she also reads her notes. It was all peaceful until she noticed two men walk inside with bruises and busted lips.

She's scared, especially because she is the only employee at this hour and the nearby business establishments are already closed. Should she call her friend and inform her? But that would appear rude.

She pretended to look okay and just went on with reading her book when the braided hair man placed a box of cigarette in front of her, "oi Rindou, our ramen."

"Tch, can't you wait? I can't choose which one."

Eighteen years old and sixteen years old Ran and Rindou Haitani got into a fight but their enemies were quite tough. They did win, but they are also covered in scratch and bruises.

Ran smiled at the girl, "sorry for the delay, my brother is still choosing ramen for us."

She just gave him a small smile, he's not that bad, "it's fine but uh, we can't sell cigarettes to minors."

Ran clicked his tongue and smirk, "aw, you think I'm still young? I'll take that as a compliment but sorry to burst your bubble, babe, I'm eighteen."

He slid his license which made her blush, "oh! My apologies, Haitani-kun."

"It's okay," Ran said, just in time when Rindou threw two ramen bowls in the counter, "what the fuck is wrong with you? Can you stop taking out your anger on us?"

Y/N immediately bent down to pick them up and just swiped them along with the cigarette Ran placed on the counter

"Sorry about him, just in a bad mood," Ran smiled apologetically as he leaned forward on the counter while Rindou took a seat on the chairs and tables for those who wants to dine in

Y/N returned his kind smile, "it's okay, no human injured anyway. Will you eat the ramen here?"

Ran nodded so she opened the lid and placed hot water inside, while Ran just stared at her

After placing the ramens on a tray with the utensils, she slid it across Ran, "here you go, sir."

Ran chuckled, "bummer, I thought it was Haitani-kun already."

She blushed as Ran took the tray and went to Rindou. Hitting him lightly for the attitude he gave her a while ago.

She bit her lip to mind her own business but she just can't, she took her medical kit and shyly went to the brothers who just had their dinner.

"Ah, Haitani-kun," she called out, "I can't help but wince at your bruises and busted lip, so uh here's my medical kit to patch it up."
