Radhe
Swinging with him on the surface of the water
Giggles escape my lips with each
Self effacing joke he makes,
Leaves fall down in appreciation
From trees as if an audience claps
"Two main characters of a grand story"
That's what we are, Shyam says. The stars above us twinkles with joy
Dangling our feet in the pond, breezes flow
All little fishes below bids us 'Ahoy'
It's his love, which makes me glow
But I don't tell him that,
I am mad because he stole from me,
Accusing me to be so coy
For stealing his heart
This is how he annoys and enjoys....I fail to stay mad at him
For how can I help myself
Under his sincere gaze, that talks more
Than even his mouth ever could...
Our love resides in these silences
A smile is drawn whenever he opens his fist,
There's always something pretty he gives
This time, a raspberry and a grape"Red or Green", No i can't choose
My lord chooses for me always
Because he only knows what's best for me
And then we cut halves of each piece
To feed, criss cross arms, linked together
Petals shower as a grand gesture,
A music flows into the scene
But it's not pleasant.....Shyam is upset for the upbeats
Blaring over us and I run restless to stop the torture, but it grows
With each passing second, it grows
Pulling me away from Shyam,
His lips parting in "Radhe" as he disappears.......
But what is Radhe without her Shyam?
