A scientist named Dr Curtis Connors And his team wanted to make a test on spots, Tester 1  found Spider-Man's blood spot on the floor that was back in Spider-Man: No way home (This part isnt true) They suck the blood into the small tube and they head back to the lab.

Curtis Connors: Do you have the information?

Tester 1: Yeah...This blood seems to belong to Spider-Man..

Curtis Connors: ....Good. Now put it in the containment bottle...We'll study it tomorrow.

They Put the blood in the bottle and leave it in their small lockers.

1:00 AM

A weird nose came and a  baby came out of the bottle, another part of the blood was also apart of it but it was left inside. Then The Baby started growing into Peter's age, And has a jacket thats red and blue.

???: W-What..  Yes...YES!...HAHAHAHAHAH!

Peter opened the window and jumped out and got into his suit

A red symbiote that escaped from the bottle back at the lab starts turning into peter's height, Age, But has intelligent smarts. The Symbiote starts collecting all of Peter's memories, Roars, And then swings out.

Meanwhile Kaine Arrives At Peter Parker's house and Kidnaps Michelle to the lab Kaine was born in, Kaine Wanted to put MJ in a machine so he could clone her and so That clone could become just like Kaine.

Yet the machine injects a syringe into MJ's legs making her secretly Demogoblin but a red furried wolf-beast. 2 Hours Pass and Peter Swings back home and tries finding MJ

Pete: HAPPY! WHERE'S MJ!

Happy doesnt respond because he was kidnapped By Kaine aswell so he could also be cloned.

Pete:  Oh Cmon! Let me know where they are...

The device tracks them and they are at the lab

Pete: Oh...Someone must've tried doing something...

Peter Starts Swinging outside On his way to the lab.

Kaine: Happy Hogan...

Kaine grabs happy and puts him inside the 2nd cloning machine alongside MJ, It is a tube that slides them down water  and pass out to a machine bed in another lab but underground.

Kaine: ALRIGHT...LET'S START THE SHOW!

Tarantula Encounters Kaine

Tarantula: NOT ON MY WATCH!

Tarantula was also in one of the blood of peter parker, There is already another tarantula that will soon become Peter Parker's villain. Tarantula Starts Using combat at Kaine.

Kaine: GAH!

Kaine's robots grabbed Tarantula and flew through the ground and sent him down to the machine beds but Tarantula Destroyed One of those robots.

Happy: HELP!!!

Happy Hogan was mumbiling. Kaine was almost ready to press the button but Peter Parker Appears.

Pete: What are you doing to MJ?! What are you doing to Happy?!

Kaine: I know everything,Parker..

Spider-Woman: Not so fast!

Spider-Woman was...well...a another spider-person that lives in this earth.

Kaine: WHO ARE YOU?!!!

Spider-Woman: THE NAME'S SPIDER-WOMAN! AND YOU'RE MESSIN' WITH THE WRONG SPIDERS!

Spider-Woman kicked Kaine down, Peter parker head kicked kaine and webbed him.

Pete: Stay here, The cops are probably comin'!

Peter,Spider-Woman, And Tarantula Swing away, And saved both MJ and Happy.

Pete: Ok...What Was that!

Spider-Woman:Wow... W-wait...Who's that over at the bus?
