Vi x Reader

Hextech

The sound of trees brushed against the window of the Kiramman house. The shadows cast upon the room in which Caitlyn was.

Caitlyn laid in bed, her face, wounded with bruises. She cracked open her eyes, then they shot open once she saw Lilith sitting next to her.

"Wha-what are you doing here? You nearly killed me!" Caitlyn yelled out of fear, and anger.

"You struck me first!" Lilith stopped herself because of the expression on Caitlyns face. Lilith inhaled.

Lilith placed her hand on Caitlyns forehead. "You're hot." Says Lilith as Caitlyn swatted her hand away. "I know." Lilith lowered her hand. "I know we don't get along but we can." Lilith said though the words felt weird leaving her mouth.

Caitlyn rolled her eyes, "You figured that out after you beat up?" Lilith chuckled. "Where is Vi anyway?" Caitlyn asked while sitting up. "Oh she's out having sister bonding time with Powder." Lilith said while plopping herself next to Caitlyns covered feet. "What?!" Caitlyn said in anger. "That lunatic Jinx?!" Caitlyn scolded. "She has her issues, but she is not a lost cause." Lilith said while gazing at the ceiling.

Lilith shook her head out of her stare. "Get up." Lilith playfully slapped Caitlyns leg while standing up. "What? where are we going?" Caitlyn said while getting out of bed.

She was in an oversized t-shirt and was wearing nothing but her underwear.

"I'm gonna teach you how to fight. If you wanna roll with us you can keep getting knocked out love." Lilith chuckled as her vision rolled down.

Caitlyn picked up a pillow off the bed and chucked it at Lilith's head. Lilith laughed jokingly and walked out. "Hurry up and get dressed!"

Caitlyn sighed and met Lilith outside.

Outside laid an assortment of various weapons. Caitlyn instinctively reached for the gun, but Lilith slapped it out of her hands. "Hey! What was that for?" Caitlyn fussed. "Hand-to hand combat first." Lilith rolled her eyes.

"Okay so first, punching. Keep your elbows in." Lilith said while adjusting Caitlyns arms. "Okay punch." Caitlyn throws a "punch." "Okay no, no no, you are going to break a wrist." Lilith clutched onto her hands and moved her thumb over her fingers, placing them into a proper form.

"Okay now you hook your swing when they are super close to your face, you strike straight forward to knock them out." Lilith cued Caitlyn to strike again. She does so, and Lilith dodges swiftly. "Damn Kiramman, fast learner?" Lilith applauds.

After multiple hours of Lilith training Caitlyn. They finally stop. Caitlyn drags her feet inside the house and into the kitchen. "You are drenched Cait!" Mrs. Kiramman scolded. "What on earth have you been doing?" Caitlyn started to chug water.

"How you holding up Cait?" Lilith laughed, looking not even slightly out of breath. "You look like you're struggling there." Caitlyn just tried to catch her breath. "I'm going to go take a shower." Caitlyn said while wiping her brow.

Caitlyn started walking out of the kitchen, when Lilith stopped her from inside the kitchen. "You did good today." Lilith added. Caitlyn subtlety smiled then continued to walk away.

Lilith eventually got bored and started walking around the house. She then found a room, that had a beautiful arrangement of blue stones, and high tech devices. She opened one of the journals explaining the magic behind it all. "Arcane powers? Hextech?" Lilith continued to flip through the pages. "Jayce? The dude signed his name on every damn page." Lilith laughed and looked at the rest of the tools.

Lilith picked up a glowing, circular blue stone. Maybe these can fight shimmer. She thought. She placed a few in her pocket, and tried to reach for another journal when a man walked in. "Who the hell are you." The man walked in. Lilith turned around and saw a tall, broad man, with tan skin. "Jayce?" Lilith silently chuckled. "Who's asking?" Jayce raised his brow in confusion. "I'm, Lilith." She said while quietly placing the notebook back on the desk.

"Okay, Lilith." He said while walking toward her. "Why are you in here." He said while towering himself over her. "You have some fancy shit in here. I have a favor to ask." Lilith said hesitantly. "And why the hell would I do that. You're a stranger." Jayce said getting his temper up. Lilith quietly chuckled. "-Because, we want the same thing. We both want Silco dead, don't we?" Lilith smiled while still looking up to Jayce.

"You're that girl that has been staying here, aren't you?" Jayce said while loosening his muscles. "I am." Jayce continues, "I saw you teaching Cait how to fight." He breaks eye contact. "It's pretty impressive." Lilith hums in agreement. Jayce inhales audibly, "So you wanted a favor?" Jayce says while looking down.

"I want you to make me a Hextech weapon." Lilith says smiling awkwardly. "You-want me to- what?!" Jayce says while looking around in confusion. "Hextech is extremely powerful. I don't even know if I can trust you!" Jayce yells. Lilith is clearly getting upset but resists the the urge to cut this cocky man. "Because I, first hand have experienced Silco's abuse, he's got the entire undercity under his manipulation and I don't have the power to fight against shimmer, so I can help you fight back." Lilith said while pointing to his work.

Jayce hesitates. "What..what did you have in mind?" Jayce says in a tone as if he's already regretting it. "Knives, that's my specialty weapon." She said eagerly. "I'll-see what I can do." Jayce sighs. Lilith reaches her hand out to him, and they shake on it. "I'll see you around Jayce Talis." Lilith says while putting her hand on his face.

Lilith then walked out and she rolled her eyes, and her lips formed a smirk.  "Idiot." She muttered under her breath.
