In love with a Fatui

"Hello Aether, what do you needed me for?" Zhongli replied before taking a sip of tea "Hello Mr. Zhongli, I just wanted to ask you something, I hope you know the answer to it but if you don't then it's ok I understand" "Go ahead" Aether was thinking "Do... do you know if my sister likes Childe? Or if Childe likes her?" he asked, Zhongli placed is cup of tea on the table he sighed and took a moment to say it 

"Yes. Childe and Lumine are in love with each other they just haven't realized yet, I always see them together and I remember Childe once told me that he had feelings for her, he didn't told me directly though but it was really noticeable. On Lumine's side well... she hasn't told me that much about that, but as the same with Childe, it's very obvious. She always get flustered around him, she also once told me that 'What does love feel like?', I didn't gave her a clear response since I don't know much about that...

Two months ago

"Mr. Zhongli! It's great to see you here, I wanted to ask you something if you don't mind" Lumine walked up to him, he was sitting on a chair "Hello Lumine, sure you can ask me anything" he said, she sat down next to him looking down "This might be weird, hopefully you know the answer but... What does love feel like?" Zhongli had a surprised expression, he looked at her and saw that she was nervous 

"Love. I have heard that lately but, I have not experienced with that a lot so I don't have a clear answer but, for what I felt about that... It was a nice feeling, it's something that you will never forget. Lumine, why are you asking me this all of the sudden? Do you perhaps feel something about someone? It's ok if you can't or don't want to give me an answer, I understand"  "I actually don't know if I feel something for this person we just...we just met a while ago" she sighed "May I ask who this person is?" it took a moment for her to respond, she looked at him saying "It's Childe." Zhongli had a more surprised expression, Childe told him first that he had feelings for Lumine and someone else 

"Childe. I see. Well... if you think about him a lot, daydream that your spending time with him and thinking your future with him then you do have feelings for him, but as I said a few seconds ago, I am not an expert with love. I'm sorry if you don't have a clear answer to this" he apologized "No worries, I think... I think I do have an answer. Thank you anyways Mr. Zhongli I'll see you later!"

Present

but those two are indeed made for each other" Zhongli smiled "Why did you asked me that Aether?"   "Oh I was just asking since Lumine won't tell me, I don't want anyone to touch her if you know what I mean by that. I know I'm very overprotective but..." Aether said in a worried tone "Don't worry everything will be fine, if something happens to her we will report it ok?" Zhongli grabbed Aether's hand and smiled at him "mhm" he nodded "Well thank you Mr. Zhongli hope you have a nice day bye!" he waved and left 

'Talking about those two, I haven't seen them now I have only seen Childe, the other day he was carrying Lumine, it looked like if they were in a fight, they probably fought each other. Ah yes, I was with Aether that day, Lumine probably got injured badly...I'll go check on her later, I have work to do now.' he thought and started doing work, a few hours later, he went to the twins place to hangout a little but someone was already there, it was Childe, it looked like he was staying at their place for a while "Mr. Zhongli! What brings you here?" Childe got up from the couch and walked up to him "Hello Childe, I just came here to spend some time with Aether and Lumine but it looks like I'm gonna spend some time with you too" he smiled

"Y'know I think we should all four go on a night out! Lumine has a burn though" The words he said made Zhongli worry a little "She has a burn? Is it healed?" he asked "Yeah, she's fine now, it is kinda noticeable when she wears a skirt or short but she's ok" Lumine and Aether heard some voices so they went to Childe and saw that he was talking to Zhongli "Mr. Zhongli!" they both said, he waved back at them "So should we do that?" Childe asked to him "Do what?" Lumine said
