Chapter 7

POV: Anthony

She couldn't have meant it. She just wasn't thinking.

The look on her face after she said it said it all. She didn't mean it.

I ran after her. I could tell she didn't go far because her scent was strong.

I shifted when I got to the edge of the forest. I followed her scent.

I didn't have to run far till I saw her. She was just sitting there, staring at me.

I stopped, confused. Why did she stop?

I walked up to her, "Anna?"

She just looked at me, "What?"

"Are you ok?"

"Yea." She stood up, "Let's go back. I'm hungry."

She walked toward the house.

What? What the hell was that?

I ran up next to her, "You sure you're fine?"

She looked at me, "Yea! Why wouldn't I be?"

"Well, hat happened at the apartment..."

She looked forward, "I'm fine..."

I know she isn't. She's acting.

Or is she fine. It's hard to tell whether she is faking or not.

We got to the edge of the woods and shifted.

I looked at her. She had tears streaming down her cheeks.

I grabbed her arm, "You're not ok."

She yanked her arm away, "I told you I was fine!"

"No you're not! You're standing right infront of me crying! How is that fine?!"

"I'm fine...."

She walked to the apartment.

I shook my head, "You are not fine....."

I walked inside.

I walked up to the apartment and opened the door. When I got inside, Anna was at the table, looking outside the window.

I grabbed my stuff for the gym. "I'm going to go."

I walked up and kissed Kalel on the cheek. I whispered, "Watch her."

She nodded.

I walked up to Anna and gave her a kiss on the forehead, "I'll be back. Love you."

She whispered, "I love you too...."

I walked to the door.

I gave one more glance at Anna.

Please be ok when I get back.

I opened the door and walked out.

POV: Anna

I'm not fine.

I know that Anthony knew I wasn't but I needed him to leave me alone.

I'm trying to give up. He just needs to leave me alone. I don't need him to try to help.

I know he gave one last look before walking out. He was worried. I could sense it.

I looked over at Kalel. She was taking everything off the walls.

I stood up and started helping her.

She looked at me confusingly, "Don't you still have to eat?"

I shook my head, "Not hungry."

She nodded.

We took the stuff down in silence.

It was when Kalel stiffened up and broke a picture when we started talking.

I opened my eyes wide, "Kalel?"

She didn't answer.

"Kalel!"

I grabbed her arms and started shaking her.

I looked her in the eyes. They were a bright red.

I shook her even more, "Kalel! What's happening?!"

I was about to slap her when she snapped out of it and was back to normal.

She lost her footing and I caught her. I brought her over to the bed, "What was that?"

Her eyes widened when she saw me. She grabbed my arms, hard, "Please don't go!"

"What?"

Tears were rolling down her cheek, "It was horrible Anna!"

"What was horrible?!"

"The vision!"

"What?!"

"I get visions that show me the future and...and..."

"And?"

"You died....You commited suicide. We went to your funeral. Anthony never came out of his room. Neither did Ian.....They were crushed, heart broken. They didn't want to live...."

She got lost in her thoughts.

She snapped back, "Please, don't go! Don't give up! If you give up, they give up! I can't lose Anthony...."

She started to cry and all I could do was stand there.

I died? I said I was giving up but, did I mean that?

I was overwhelmed and sat down on the bed.

I died?

Ian and Anthony cared? They didn't want to live?

I was getting a headache. This is too much.

I looked at her, "How?"

She wiped her eyes, "How what?"

"How did I die?"

"You jumped. Anthony tried to save you but....."

"I jumped and he saw it...."

"He wasn't the same....."

She went back to crying.

What do I do? I can't change fate. If my fate is to die then I can't avoid that. If it doesn't happen with me commiting sucide then it would happen another way.

But I know how to stop me from killing myself.

To fight.

To not give up.

For Ian.

For Anthony.....
