i walk through the courtyard looking for a coffee shop or something. then i see it the campus coffee and pastry shop which apparently is like THE PLACE for studying on the campus.
i step into the shop when i hear the cling of the bells on the door when i open it. i walk up to the cash register and ask
"may i speak to the manager i would like a job"
"i am the manager my name is zach and you are"
"kyle stanton"
"finally i have a name to go with the slob hitting on tessa"
"what"
"i saw you talking to tessa earlier dont try to deny it you bottom feeder"
"im sorry but i wasnt flirting with her"
"whatever say what you want but i know what i saw"
"no you really dont"
"i really dont what"
"you dont know what you saw"
"just back off shes mine"
"when did i get on"
"when you were flirting with her you-"
i cut him off there
"look i came her for a job not an argument with an over emotional dude about something that didnt happen okay"
"oh right i guess i got a little off track there"
"yea you did"
"sorry i guess you really werent flirting with her"
"i really wasnt"
"oh well to make up for this pointless argument ill give you a job here"
"thank you i really appreciate it"
"okay also to repay you for putting up with that how about we go hang out somewhere or something"
"yea sure that sounds fun"
me and go down to the pier on the ocean front and just kind of hang out. eventually we are both splashing each other with the freezing cold water at one point im hiding behind a pole holding up the dock when i hear
"gotcha, you cant hide"
and zach just pushes me into the water
"yea nice try if i go down you go down with me"
and i pull him into the cold oceanfront with me
after about an hour of laughing and us attacking each other we decide to walk back to the school
"thanks for this" i say
"no problem bro i had fun"
"totes" i say with a stereotypical girl voice
"whatever shut up" he responds
"never!!!" i say running towards my dorm when i suddenly get tackled to the ground
"you shouldve known you can never run"
"whatever bye"
"bye biotch"
i laugh to myself at this and just walk up to my dorm room to find my roommate still isnt here what the hell is he doing. whatever i just want to sleep i think to myself as i just plop myself on my bed almost instantly falling asleep.
hey i know what your thinking another short chapter really but they are gradually getting longer and kyle starts school soon maybe in chapter eight so just hang in there please
