- the day of going to the school-

we walked out of the train to feel a blast of cool air roll over us. both of us didnt have a coat and it was freezing out here which is quite surprising since i expected it to be warm. i was walking to the bench near the exit carrying mine and tamaras bags, once i got to the bench and set our stuff down i called the taxi company the school told us to call so we wouldnt have to pay.

-the taxi arrived-

tamara and i walked up to the taxi a little stricken by the mangy, lowly look of the male driver. i casually opened the door for tamara while slyly getting a look at the driver. he looks around 40 or late 30s. i shrug it off and walk to the other side and hop in.

about thirty seconds after stepping into the vehicle he starts bombarding us with questions especially tamara. i start getting aggravating him about two minutes into this rude behavior, tamara could tell. Tamar immediately starts trying to coax me to calm down... it helps but doesn't work very well. when the taxi driver starts asking tamara for more personal information such as age, full name, why we were going to the school, and whether she was single or not I burst.

" who the hell to think you are.", I say as tamara looks at me with gratefulness. he responds with " I think I am your taxi driver and I would really appreciate it if you didn't use that tone with me. " what tone cause im dead serious stop harassing my friends before I report you, you nasty ass, corpulent old pervert." I saw trying to seem calm even though I am most certainly not. "fine get out of my taxi I shouldve dropped you kids off at the first mile.", he mumbles under his breathe, " that will be $25.50"

I respond coarsely and say, " nice try this ride was free" shortly after I help tamara out and slam the door.
