What he saw on the terrace was still haunting his being..Khushi in Shyam's arms, Khushi telling Shyam, "Chhod dijiye Anjali ji ko (Leave Anjali)".
So many things had happened in the span of 24 hours. How flamboyant he was when he felt his heart beat for the first time for someone, not someone..Khushi. He, who used to say "nahi hai dil ASR ke seene me... mujhe kisi ladki se koi faraq nahi padta (ASR doesn't have a heart.. I don't care about any girl)", today he had decided to tell her finally "Aaj mai Khushi ko bta k rahunga ki mujhe kyu farq padta hai (I will tell Khushi today why I care)".
He remembers a shy smile playing on her lips whenever they met since the day he had gifted her the bangles. He had felt her happiness on receiving the fragile gift and saw her playing with its sound. He had noticed the mesmerized, expectant look on her when he visited the Gupta house earlier today and again when he told her - "kuch baat karni hai, tumse (I want to talk, to you)".
