Before I conclude the chapters, these were my thoughts:
Some of you have pointed he rap*d her. If you felt so..I'm sorry my writing led you to believe that..that was not the intention.
Arnav is dominant, arrogant, rough..very. He manhandles her...jerks her...grabs her so tight it leaves mark on her...as his namesake Arnav, the ocean, the ocean of emotions does run deep in him, love-hate-arrogance all of them...but he could never do that to Khushi..we know that..
R*pe is a very very strong word...first of all it was all consensual when it started..
Yes there was a weak moment, when all his thoughts shut down, all rational thoughts, the monster he tried so hard to rein in came on the surface. He got disconnected with her and he hurt her...he did... I'm not negating that...She had said stop, but it took a while to reach beyond the monster to appeal to the man she loves... and when it did, it hurt him more than it would hurt her, like it had...always...har baar...If there was not an urgency to find out the truth, I don't know what his state of mind would have been...hurting himself with her broken bangles the only proof that it would have magnified, interpolated to fit his punishment...
Does that not happen when you have uncontrollable emotions for someone...it spills out.. makes a mess..not always a pretty sight...
Those we love the most we want to sometimes hurt the most or hurt without thinking....
