A/N: CUPCAKES!!!!! I'm so sorry, it's been waaaaaaay too long. I've been having some personal issues so I was temporarily unable to write. I'm so sorry. Are any of you even still interested in this story? Probably not. But whatever. I don't know how to actually dedicate it but I wanna shout out to nicole-teen who has been voting for this story like crazy. Thanks, gurl. You're the bestest :3.

Last Time:
When Mikey had finally gotten out of sight, you whisper a small "I love you" into the wind, knowing you weren't ready to say those words to him just yet.

This Time:

It had been two weeks since your date with Mikey and you could still feel the electricity surge through your veins when you looked at him. You were almost positive that you were in love with him. What else could it be?

While you were sitting at the desk in your bedroom working on homework, you suddenly hear your text tone sound.  You look at the message to see it was from Mikey.

Mikey Bear: Hey....or Hi. Whatever. Could you come to my place?

You smile to yourself before responding.
You: Yeah, sure. But why?

Hey, it's not illegal to be curious. He responded almost immediately.
Mikey Bear: I want you to meet somebody. :-)

You, of course automatically replied with an 'Okay' before standing and leaving your room. Just as you were about to exit your home, your dad stops you. "Y/N!!"

You turn to face him with a sweet smile, looking him in the eyes. "Yes, Papa?"

"Where are you going? You're supposed to be doing your homework".

"I've finished my homework Daddy, and I'm off to see my best friend."

Your dad looks at you suspiciously but waves you off, meaning you could go. "Thank you, Papa!! I'll be back before Mum gets home," you say graciously with a smile, knowing it would reach your eyes. Your dad simply grunts in response.  You roll your eyes before exiting your house.

You finally arrive at Mikey's and ring the doorbell instead of going straight in like you would any other day. You wanted to show courtesy since he had company. You just hoped it wasn't a girl. Mikey answers the door with a wide smile, and you look up to see that he had changed his hair colour yet again. He must've caught you staring at his hair because he simply chuckled and said "Like it?"

His hair was now a bleach blonde, his roots reigning true to his real hair colour and staying brunette. Did he do that on purpose? Probably not. But, he had red hair for almost three months and it was started to go natural again but you supposed that he got bored of that. "Mikey, you just texted me yesterday that you had it silvery-blue. I hate to break it to you, but that's blonde."

He grinned widely at you, bearing almost all of his teeth. "I know," he said, well, moreso, exploded. He was far too excited about his new hair colour. "Don't you like it, Y/N," he asked when you didn't responde right away. He seemed to go from excited to downfallen in two seconds. "Yeah, Mikey, I like it," you say, reaching up to ruffle the blonde spiked that were his hair. He opened his mouth as if to say something but, before he could, there came a voice from inside. "MIKE!!!! WHO THE HECK IS AT THE DOOR?!?!"

The voice was very masculine sounding but at the same time, almost sounded pre-pubesent. This was obviously a guy who's caught between childhood and adulthood. And from that one statement, you could tell that he wasn't from this part of Australia. He was central Australian, making his accent seem thicker, much like a cartoon kangaroo. You know the ones; with the overly thick Aussie accents? That's what this guy sounded like.

You look up at Mikey in confusion, and he simply smiled before grabbing your wrist and dragging you inside.

And you had absolutely no idea what to expect.
