Chapter 2

5 months passed after meeting Kim O'Brien, or should I say Kimmi . In fact, we became very close as friends in the past few months. He was nice, sweet, funny, gentle and all these nice characteristics that an angel could have. When I'm with him I enjoy my time to the most, he just does these perfect things to make every passing moment amazing.

My phone gave me a short ding dong sound. And a message from Kim popped on the screen "Are you free today?"
"Yeah, sure."
"Then wanna hang out with me ?"
"Yeah, why not?! But where?"
"Granada mall, 4 o'clock, meet me in front of the first gate. " Wow! He actually gave me the full description.
"Okay, see you there."

It was 3 o'clock by that time and I needed to get ready. So I grabbed a skinny black jeans with a halter neck shirt and put them on. As for my hair, I didn't do much to it, just tied it up in a ponytail. After that, I headed to the mall.

When I reached the entrance, Kim was already there waiting for me. "Did I make you wait?" I asked as I walked closer to him. He looked at his watch, and then right into my eyes "nope, you are on time," he stated.
"Okay, let's get inside coz I'm getting really hungry here," I said as I averted my eyes toward the second floor where the food court was. He just chuckled and nodded.

 We sat on a table for two and ordered lunch. "So how did your trip go?" he asked breaking the silence between us. "It was great, I had a lot of fun," I smiled. "That's good." He went silent for a moment but then completed "did you miss me?" Now where did that come from? It was a little bit weird for him to ask such a question but still, I answered " of course I did". He smiled sweetly, that smile which made all the girls fall head over heels for him, it was like magic.

After we finished eating, he took out a small bag which he carried around before we entered the mall, and gave it to me. I didn't know what did the bag contain or why is he giving it to me. My eyebrows furrowed together, questioning him. "I know it's a little bit late for your 16th birthday gift, but I couldn't give it you earlier than this." He said as he scratched the back of his hair. Of course he couldn't, I was already out of the city. "Awww, thank you so so so much." He smiled and then I asked "can I open it now ?". "Go ahead". I took the box from the bag, uncovered it and saw the gift . It was a beautiful bracelet with my name written on it using tiny small pearls. "It's so pretty!! I would love to wear it." He chuckled and said: "it's a good thing you liked it," he paused "one more thing, can we be best friends?". "Yup, I mean yes. Of course, we share a lot of likes and dislikes." I smiled happily. He smiled back. I mean who wouldn't accept being one of his best friends or even being in the same place with him.

We started talking, and he started telling me jokes that were so funny I ended up not breathing.

Everything was so fine until a girl showed up and kissed his cheek. My smile turned into a shock. He was actually shocked too. I don't why but there was pain in my heart when I saw her kissing him, as if there was a rift or something. "Who are you exactly? And why did you do that?" Kim finally spoke. What? He didn't know her either. Who the hell did she think she was?! 

"I'm sorry, we, I mean the girls and I were paying truth or dare. And so the girls dared me to go kiss you and I had to, " the girl replied as she bit her lips. "Okay, I understand," Kim spoke back. 

"Thanks and sorry again," she said before walking back to her table. I felt tears sliding down on my cheeks, why? For what ? I didn't know. The things that kept replaying in my head where: what's wrong with these girls?! Daring each other to go kiss people !!

We sat quietly after what  happened, but then Kim stood up with the glass of water in his hand and then walked to the girls table. For everybody's shock he poured the water on the girl who kissed him, ONE HER HEAD. WOW! That was ...that was so funny. But that wasn't all, the girls covered their mouths with their hands and looked at him astonishingly. "Why did you do that? You said you understood?!" The girl argued with fire burning in her eyes. Kim answered calmly with no specific expression on his face "I am so sorry, but my best friend's tears dared me to pour that on your head." He turned around and started walking to our table, but suddenly he stopped in the middle and said while smirking "this is a lesson for you, people aren't games you can kiss whenever you please to, WALKING DOLL."

As Kim returned to our table, I couldn't hold all the laughter inside me and so I gave it all up. But I wasn't laughing alone Kim was actually laughing too.

After that day finished, Kim walked me back home since he could't drive yet. But before he left he told me "don't get me wrong, it's not like I am rude to girls, but she actually really pissed me off." I smiled and replied "I know." And then he left to his house.
