"I hate men." I crossed my arms and sit on the couch. "Oh wow thank you so much." Johnny sarcastically says.

I glare at him. "Alright tell me what's wrong?" He asks me.

"My friend got me a blind date but he didn't show up, nor answered my texts. Men ain't..." Johnny raised a brow making me cut off my sentence.

"Except for you." He smiles. "So you had a blind date huh?" He asks me. "No because he didn't show up."

"Alright you were supposed to have a blind date?" I nod in response.

"Do you allow me to still give you an amazing night like you were supposed to have? We could go out eating." He tells me.

"Are you sure about that?" I asked. "Yes, I could cancel my plans."

"You had plans? No Johnny, then I'll just stay home." I say. "We've known each other for so long, you're more important than anyone else or some boring plans. Let me just get ready real quick."

He had actually plans with someone else, damn. I had a blind date to get my mind off of Johnny and here we are.

"Let's go shall we?" He turns off the lights and takes his his car keys. "Wait." He turns the lights on again.

"You can't cancel plans with someone else, just for me." I tell him. "Look it was some boring date with someone I barely know or like. It was just... let's say a rebound or something."

"Oh really?" I questioned. "It doesn't matter right now, I just want you to enjoy your night." He holds my hand and pulls me out of our shared apartment.

"Where are you taking me?" I asked, we have been driving for the past 20 minutes.

"Only the best restaurant there is." He tells me. "I still know nothing by that."

"Let it be a surprise." He says. "We're almost there anyway." He was focused on the road.

"You're sure you're not just ditching your date just like mine did with me right?" I asked.

"Are you still up about that? She already ditched me once and I don't even like her, all she does is talk about herself. And I let her know I had something important that came up so don't worry."

"But..." he cut me off. "Nah ah, hush. We're here." The car came to a stop. "No way." I gasped at the fancy restaurant in front of us.

"Don't you need a reservation for this one?" I asked. "I have." He says. "You were supposed to take her don't you?"

"Y/n please forget about her, it's now a date between me and you." He blurts. "A date, like an actual date?"

"Um friendly date I mean, of course." He laughs. I faked my laugh, I didn't want him to know that I actually like him.

We walk into the restaurant together. "Good evening, do you have a reservation?"

"Johnny Suh." He tells the ober. We follow the man to a table for two. Johnny takes out the chair for me.

"Thank you." I take my seat. "Here are the menu's, is there anything I could offer to drink?" The over asked.

"A water please." I say. "Water? Y/n this is all for you, it's a fancy night." Johnny tells me. "Sparkling water then please."

"I'm driving so a coke for me please." Johnny tells his drinking order. "You're unbelievable." He rolls his eyes at me.

"Just choose whatever you want, don't hold back." He looks at the menu chart and so did I.

"Well I barely know a word on here." I frown. "Me neither, I just take whatever sounds best and hope it's nothing with snails."

I laugh at his comment. "Alright I know what I want." I tell him. "Me too."

Our drinks arrived and we ordered our food. Johnny and I got to talking about whatever we could come up with.

"Let me tell you, the guy who stood you up, is missing out big time." Johnny tells me.

"You think? Maybe he found someone better and more interesting than me, that's why he didn't show up." I came up with some scenario.

"No don't say that. You're amazing, truly. Y/n, I'm happy to be with you here tonight and I just want you to stop overthink and enjoy the night like I do. Please."

"You're right, sorry. It's just... I shouldn't actually be here." I rest my head in my hands. "What do you mean with that? Did you really want to be with that guy?"

"No. Just never mind." I shake it off. "Y/n?" The moment I lift my head up, I made eye contact with Johnny. I shouldn't have done that.

"I shouldn't be here with you because it's wrong. I'm admitting to my feeling for you that I shouldn't be feeling in the first place because we're only two friends sharing an apartment like Chandler and Joey or Monica and Rachel in friends." That reference was so not asked for, why y/n, why?

"You have feelings for me?" Johnny asks staying extremely calm and serious in this situation.

"Maybe yes. Oh I'm so sorry. I get it that you don't like me back and rather date another girl or something."

"No, I don't want that, I want you. Can we skip to the part where Chandler moves in with Monica and they live as a happy couple?" My mouth drops open, forgetting we're in some fancy restaurant.

"Wait are you serious right now?" I questioned. "Of course I am. I have had an eye for you for the longest of time. I thought dating other people would get my mind off of you, but no."

"I was doing the exact same thing unfortunately. I'm so stupid for that, I should've told you sooner. And yes please let's skip to the good part with Chandler and Monica."

Johnny holds my hand across the table. "You make me so happy saying that. Thank you y/n." He placed a soft kiss on my knuckles. "No thank you for getting both of us out of that struggle of denying our feelings."

"That's indeed my doings right. Ow, you kicked me under the table." He gasps. "Don't go being all full of yourself for that, it took you long enough. Now let's eat please, I'm starving!"

"So am I. Can we like forget all the manners and rules for fancy places like this and be our crazy selves?" He suggest. "Yes please."
