Children screamed in horror as they saw an explosion of power. One child who had just awoken his quirk days ago, had destroyed the majority of the room. The last thing a certain green haired preschooler remembered was his friend Kacchan bullying a younger kid with spiky black hair. The next thing he saw, was an explosion from someone else.
One week before, at the doctor's office.
"Do you think he'll awaken his quirk soon?" Fubuki Kageyama asked.
"He should awaken it in a few days. He's missing the toe joint, so it is basically guaranteed." Said Dr. Garaki.
"What are you and your husband's quirks?"
"I have a fairly strong psychokinesis, and my husband can increase his strength with his emotions." Said Mrs. Kageyama.
"Wonderful, He's bound to get one, or a mix of the two." Dr. Garaki said.
10 years later, last year of junior high
"Now that you're in your last year, it's important to talk about where you're applying for high school."
The class stayed serious and silent.
"Just kidding, I know you're all applying to UA!" The teacher said.
Everyone screamed in excitement and activated their quirks. All except for Shigeo Kageyama and Izuku Midoriya.
"Shut the hell up you damn extras! You know I'm the only with who can actually get into UA!"
Katsuki Bakugo, Quirk: Explosion.
"It says here that Midoriya and Kageyama are also applying for UA." The teacher added.
The class burst out laughing. No one believed that the quirkless Izuku, or the reserved Kageyama could get into UA.
"Huh?! Deku and Kageyama? Deku is useless, he doesn't even have a quirk, and Kageyama doesn't even use his! Stay the hell out of my way useless scum!"
"T-thats not nice to say to your classmates Bakugou." Kageyama had finally said something. But he started to fear he might regret it.
"Huh! Who do you think you are bastard! I'll kill you!" Bakugou responded, making a small explosion.
"Now, now settle down, I'm not about to have a fight in my class." Said the teacher.
And right after, the bell rang, much to the relief of Kageyama, who went straight to his masters.
1 hour later
"Oi, Mob, you're late. We just got a job thats paying pretty good. It's a small robbery nearby."
Reigen Arataka, 27 years old, Occupation: Hero, Quirk: Lie Enhancement
Has the ability to make his lies more believable, can only activate via eye contact.
"Sorry, I had to finish school."
"It's alright, let's just go before it's too late."
At the market
"It's alright ma'am, me and my 'sidekick' are here to stop the robber." Master Reigen told the owner.
"Are you a hero?"
"Yes, one of the strongest infact."
An explosion happened nearby. The villain was attacking civilians nearby.
"OH shi- Mob, go after him before he gets away!"
"You shouldn't use your quirk to attack people."
Holding his hands out, Mob stopped the villain in his tracks, making sure not to hurt him in the slightest.
"Alright! Good job Mob! Let's go turn him in to the police station before he causes anymore trouble."
Reigen tied him up and started carrying him to the closest police station.
At the police station
"I've stopped this criminal. He robbed a store and attacked civilians."
"Thank you. I think I've seen you before, you're that hero called Top Hero, right? You must be pretty strong if you're saying your up there with All Might." The police officer said.
"Who's that boy with you. Is he your sidekick? Looks a little young to be a hero. You know civilians shouldn't just be doing hero work?"
Using his quirk on the officer Master Reigen told him that Mob was just his top fan, who followed him around.
"That makes sense I suppose. Thank you for your work in stopping the villain. You shall receive payment soon."
After the interaction with the officer Mob and Reigen went back to his agency.
At Top Hero's agency
"Thanks for the help Mob, I just got my payment so I'll give you 10%."
"Thanks Master Reigen. I have a small question. Why don't you ever use your quirk when we fight villains? You do have the strongest quirk right?"
"Hmpf! That's an easy question Mob. If I used my quirk, the sheer power would vaporize everyone around me. I'm just to strong to use my quirk in public."
"O-oh, yeah, that makes sense. I should've known from my Master.
Ever since Mob met Reigen he's believed that he's the best hero, the strongest hero, the top hero. He's had confidence in his master all this time. His master would never lie to him.
"I have to go home now, I'll be late for dinner."
"See you later Mob
Back At Home
"Gosh, Shigeo. You must be doing that on purpose. You have to control your quirk better if you're going to get into UA." Mrs. Kageyama said.
"It's only natural for such a powerful quirk to be hard to control."
Ritsu Kageyama, 13 years old, Quirkless?
"If you ever help with need anything, just ask me, brother."
"Thanks Ritsu."
"If there's anyone who's definitely getting into UA, It's Shigeo."
After dinner the long day finally ended, and the future hero Mob went to bed, and drifted off to sleep.

Hey guys it's me, the author. I've been thinking of this concept for a while, and I'm only just now making it. With the next chapter I'll try to add more length and also try to add more action. This is my first story so try not to expect anything too great. I'm just going to keep trying my best and continuing the series.
Next episode I'll actually reveal Mobs quirk name, but I'm stuck on either Psyche Force, or, Psycho Force.
The series will also include characters and groups from MP such as Hanazawa, Claw, Dimple in some way, and the awakening lab. I'll try my best to give them quirks, and fuse them into the world as if they were born into it.
