"Do you have everything? Extra snacks? What else do you need?"
"Kakashi, sweetheart. I'm fine. I'm not even going that far out of the village. But you on the other hand, need to get your ass to the office before you're scolded again, Lord Sixth."
Kakashi sighed, giving you a worried look and you sighed, shaking your head. You quickly grabbed your bag, shooing Kakashi out the front door. You walked through the streets with him at a leisurely pace, even though you were just basically scolding him for being late. But you allowed him to spend this time with you because you knew you might be a couple days before you'd see him again. You were suppose to be meeting up with Sasuke to get some kind of scroll from him for Kakashi.
Since he couldn't go himself because of his hokage duties, he is sending you instead. The reason he was so worried was because you're seven months pregnant. The two of you had been trying to have kids for a while now and you were finally pregnant. You were excited because this was your first baby and you only had two more months to go. The closer your due date got the more nervous and anxious you would be on a daily basis. The bigger you got, the less you could do.
"So what exactly am I suppose to be getting from Sasuke?"
"Just a scroll. That's all."
"I'll be on my feet for that long for just one scroll? Kakashi you have to be kidding me. You couldn't send Naruto and Sakura? Sasuke doesn't really seem to like me that much. He never has. Honestly, I'm still surprised he didn't kill me that day."
"Yea. I can send someone else if you want. You can stay home and sleep all day."
"No. I don't want to be stuck in bed all day. I'd much rather be up and moving around while I can. You know I won't be able to do much until six weeks after I have the baby."
"I know. I'll take care of you at all times. Someone can take my place as Hokage until you can do everything on your own again."
"And who would you get to take your place, hm?"
Kakashi shrugged as you walked up the stairs and into the the office. You smiled and opened the door for him and watched as he walked through. You closed the door behind yourself and he made his way over to his desk, pulling his robe on. You smiled and grabbed the hat off the desk, placing it on his head.
"God you look so good in your robe and hat. So how far out do I have to go?"
"I'm not sure. I'm assuming he doesn't want to meet too close to the village because of Naruto. You know how he is."
"That's true. Well I guess I can look around with my Sharingan and try to spot him that way. He still has no idea that I'm am Uchiha. It's kind of funny. You think he'd automatically know."
"Yea. Well you better get going. Make sure you protect the baby."
You smiled and kissed Kakashi, laying your forehead against his before pulling away. He chuckled and kissed your forehead before sitting down in his chair. You smiled as you told him you loved him and he shooed you out of the office. You quickly pulled the hood up on your cape and made your way towards the entrance of the village. You were still exhausted even though you had almost twelve hours of sleep. Lack of sleep and energy were unfortunately side affects of pregnancy for you.
You hummed softly as you made your way to the gates, walking down the dirt path under your feet. You saw a flash of yellow and then heard Sakura screaming Naruto's name. A soft sigh left your lips and you shook your head as you watched Naruto running from Sakura. You quickly made your way through the village gates and sighed quietly, jumping up into the trees. You got a little dizzy so you jumped down from the trees and walked into the clearing to sit down. You pulled your knees to your chest and layed your head down on your knees as your arms wrapped around your legs.
