"Hey babe?" I called out. Luke took a sip of his beer as he turned his head to look at me. We had just gotten back from a date. We walked around Central Park talking, eating hot dogs and ice cream until I told him I was tired. He drove me back to my apartment and I asked him to stay a while.
He agreed, of course, and immediately went to the fridge to grab a beer, which I had grown accustomed to keeping on hand, since he was always here. He was finally comfortable enough around me to stop asking for things and just getting them himself. Whenever we were at his apartment, which was rare, I never asked for anything. If I wanted something, I got it. But I've always been like this.
"Yeah Camilla?" He asked, standing up and walking towards me as I continued to remove my dangling earrings.
"I um.." I began, stuttering. Luke grinned. "I wanted to ask.." I stopped again, finding myself unable to complete the sentence.
"What is it Camilla?" He whispered, wrapping his arms around me from behind. He kissed my cheek and I turned around in his grasp so I could look up at him.
"I wanted to ask if you would meet my family." I said slowly. Luke stilled slightly as he brushed back a lock of my hair. He shrugged.
"I don't see why not." He murmured.
"Well more specifically my brother." I blurted out. "When I saw them over the weekend, he was adamant about meeting you." Luke bit his bottom lip and stepped back an inch so he could look at me properly. Being nearly five inches taller, I was always craning my neck to look up at him.
"I think I know why he wants to meet me." Luke muttered, running a hand through his blond hair. I laughed and hit his chest.
"He's a nice guy. He probably won't even punch you that hard." Luke made a face and I laughed at him, leaning back into his chest. "Luke, I'm kidding."
"God I hope so. I'm like paper. I break easily." He murmured, kissing my forehead. I grinned, looking back up at him.
"He won't hurt you if I'm there okay? He just wants to meet the guy who was man enough to become my boyfriend. You know, I haven't had one since high school." I told him kissing his cheek before going back to removing my jewelry. I watched him in the mirror as he sat down on my bed so I could see his reflection in the mirror.
"Really? I'm your first boyfriend since you were in high school?" I nodded, smiling at his reflection. "And how long ago was that?" I turned my head, shooting him a glare. Luke just laughed.
"You know me." I said, taking of my necklace and dropping it onto my necklace holder. "I'm a fuck and run type." Luke shrugged as I walked toward him. He sat farther back onto the bed as I climbed onto his lap, draping my arms over his shoulders. A smirk played on his lips as he ran his hands up my thighs before locking his arms behind my waist.
I kissed him slowly, savoring the feeling of the cold metal lip ring. I asked him once about it and he told me he got it when he was 17 and never found a reason to take it out. He told me if I asked though, he would. The thought made me giddy. Not because I wanted him to remove the lip ring, which I didn't, but because he said he would take it out if I asked. Apparently my opinion was important to him.
I pushed hard on his shoulder and Luke laid on his back as I hovered over him, continuing to kiss him roughly. I could feel my dress hiking up as Luke grabbed at the fabric around my waist. I smiled as he pulled me down and then rolled us over so he was on top. He stopped kissing me for a second and I opened my eyes to find him staring down at me, this soft smile on his lips.
"You look so beautiful." He murmured. I rolled my eyes. "What?" He asked, letting out a small laugh as he sat down next to me. I pushed myself up and brushed my dress back down my thighs. Luke didn't even watch me do this, he kept staring at my face. I gotta admit, he was a gentleman but there was only so much I could take before I jumped his bones. Which was something I wanted to do that very second.
"Come on Luke." I said, arching an eyebrow at him.
"What?" He asked with a low laugh, smiling at me.
"Do you really want me to say it? I know how hard you can blush." Luke rolled his eyes this time. "When are we going to fuck?" Luke laughed lightly, biting his bottom lip.
"Do you want a specific date?" I nodded my head side to side.
"Not a specific date but I would like to know if it's going to be in the next month, the next week, sometime this year Luke I.."
"Tomorrow." I stopped talking and looked at him. He was smirking.
"Tomorrow." I repeated, for clarification.
"Tomorrow." Luke said again. I tilted my head, smiling as I crossed my arms.
"Why tomorrow? What's so special about tomorrow?" He reached out, stroking my hair.
"Tomorrow's our second week anniversary." It hit me as he said it. I smiled.
"Shit you're right." I said hitting his arm. Luke grinned. "Well who would have thought I'd be with a guy for longer than one night." I said leaning in to kiss him. Luke kissed me back, smiling into it.
"So tomorrow then?"
"Tomorrow sounds perfect." I whispered.
