" you need help? "
" No, thank you. " Ji Ahn sighs, that was the fifth time Jin was asking her the same question. Jin sighs too, joining her side.
" How old are you? You look around Jungkookie's age. "
" I'm 19. "
" Oh, " Jin smiles, " You're the same age as Jimin and Taehyung. When is your birthday? " Ji Ahn bites the inside of her cheek, setting the shirts inside carefully.
" November 15th. "
She sighs as Jin grabs a few shirts and starts folding them. Why was he so persistent? She wanted him to ignore her like the rest of the boys did. But she guessed it was just because he was the oldest so he felt the responsibility of being at least formal.
" So Jiminie is older than you and Taehyungie is younger than you. "
Ji Ahn nods, setting the last bit of clothes inside and placing her shoes at a corner. " Yeah. They go to the same school as me. "
Jin raised an eyebrow, " Really? That's nice, then. I can drop you off with them. "
" I don't go to school like their schedule, " Ji Ahn mumbles, " It's either once a month or twice. "
Jin frowns, " Is that allowed? "
" nobody cares, Jin-ssi. "
Jin sighs softly. " We'll work on that. Only Jungkookie and Taehyung are younger than you so...."
" I am not calling you all oppa. " She said with distate, looking at him finally. It made him laugh at how she cringed.
" I wasn't asking you to call us oppa, Ji Ahn. "" It's not like I'll address anyone anyway, " She sighed out and Jin held back an eye roll, grinning. " Yeah, you don't talk much, do you? I can sense you're annoyed. "
Ji Ahn shoots him a glance, nodding and standing up as she dusted her hands. Jin stood up too, crossing his arms. " What will you eat for dinner? Any specific dish? "
" Why? "
" To eat? " He challenged, " Food to
eat. " Ji Ahn nods in amusement, " I don't eat dinner usually, but thank you. I need to head back to my family for something. "" are you sure? There's a curfew, get back before 8. "
Ji Ahn didn't seem amused, she nods.
" Yeah, it won't take long. "Jin watches as she exits the room and eventually, the dorms and Jin heard shuffling behind him. " Nice, hyung is making friends with her. "
" Namjoon, at least someone has to do the job. " Jin says sternly, " You're the leader, why don't you think it over? "
Namjoon slumps, nodding and grumbling under his breath as he heads towards the bathroom. " I'll try to talk when she comes back. "
" She doesn't like talking much. I think we need Hobi and Jiminie for this one. Like we did with Yoongi. " Jin smiled, glancing at a fast asleep Yoongi.
Namjoon raised an eyebrow, " Tough luck. Jimin doesn't like her much and Hobi hyung is really uncomfortable. "
" Well all of you have to deal with it eventually, unless you want to spend a whole year tip toeing around the dorm, you're free to do so. "

∵Slurping on the noodles, she watched as people walked past the convenient store she was sitting in. Of course, she hadn't lied when she said she didn't eat dinner usually.
It was he habit to skip dinner because she didn't have enough money, she could only get two meals a day which would mostly turn into instant ramen to save some more money.
But she was hungry for some reason, and she didn't want to burden Jin to make dinner for her when she could have a cheap ramen.
Besides, she was used to less food in her body. She spent most of her time practicing and she didn't have time for eating or resting.
Her schedule was messed up, but she was so used to it that she found it hard to break out of it. So she went along with it, knowing it won't do her any good if she tried to change it.
It would only be stress. She needed to stay distracted all day and night, so she had to be busy.
After she was done eating, she payed and left, heading to her studio instead. She could spend some time there and go back.
The sun was down, and the curfew was 8, she had two hours. She could do some work that pd-nim has assigned her.
Locking the door behind her back, she fell on her bed and grabbed the sheets and a pen. She opened her notes on the phone and scrolls through hundreds of notes.
It was a perk of getting lyrics out of nowhere, she could just type in. It wasn't whole songs, just random phrases she formed or her thoughts flowing.
After what seemed like hours, which was only one by the way, she sighs and decides to head back. Collecting the sheets and her phone, she locked up and trudged towards the direction of the dorm, humming to herself.
The streets were crowded, so had to push past people, her mood getting cranky by the time she reached the dorm buildings. It was already half past 7. She sighed, she needed to manage half an hour now?
What if all of them were awake?
She knew they'll avoid her, but it was no different, it would still be awkward. No matter how blunt and unbothered she was, it would still be awkward.
Nodding to herself, she twisted the door knob and it was open, thankfully. She stepped in, keeping her shoes aside and glanced as Namjoon stood by the kitchen, a mug in his hand and his eyes slightly wide.
" You're back.. " He mumbled awkwardly, " Everyone's asleep since we wake up early tomorrow. We've set up the couch for you. "
Ji Ahn nods, " Thank you. What time are we supposed to wake up? "
" Five thirty. I'll wake you up if you want. " Ji Ahn nods, forcing out a smile and walking towards the couch. Since she was already in comfortable clothes, she placed the sheets on the table nearby and layed down, pulling the blanket over her head.
Namjoon sighs, he has never been so awkward with a girl. Shaking his head, he mumbled a small goodnight, wondering if she even heard him or not and turned off the lights, heading towards the bedroom.
the awkwardness....
