When Ji Ahn returns, it was late at night. She had decided to go early, but changed her mind later on.
She wrapped her arms around herself as she shivered, it was cold for some reason. Sighing, she pushed the door open and closed it behind herself, taking her shoes off.
As she got a clear look of the living room, she found Jin sitting there. Guilty of yelling at him, she sighs softly as he looks up, noticing her.
" You should've slept. " She mumbled softly, avoiding his gaze. Jin sighs, " I was worried. " He sighed out, standing up.
" I'm fine. "
" You say that a lot, " Jin smiles slightly, " I'm sorry for stepping out of line, Ji Ahn. " The noirette bites the inside of her cheek, shaking her head.
" I should be apologizing for yelling at you. " She sighs, " I just don't like talking about them. "
Jin nods, " It's fine, " He pats her head, " But talk to me when you're ready, okay? I'll be here. "
Ji Ahn stands there, not really used to the affection. She nods, mumbling a goodnight as he wished her and heads to the bedroom.
Sighing softly, she turned off the lights and instead walked over to the window, sitting down.
She couldn't help but feel like she was such a burden wherever she went. To everyone. It made her feel so sick, disgusted by herself.
But it wasn't anything new. A soft sigh escaped her lips as she glanced at the moon hiding behind the clouds.
" eomma! Appa! I don't want to go! " She sobbed, " Please don't send me away from you. "
" Ji Ahn-ah, " her mother's broken voice made her cry more as she clutched on her dress, " You're really strong, okay? Eomma will come and get you after some time. "
" No! I don't want to go, unnie!! Please tell them not to send me! "
The older girl sobbed even harder, looking at her father with pleading eyes, " appa! I'll take her with me—"
" Don't you have enough to worry about? " her father sighs softly, patting Ji Ahn's head," I promise I'll come and get you, okay sweetheart? It's just for some time. "
Ji Ahn shakes her head, her heart hurting. It hurt so much that her parents were sending her off to live with someone she didn't even know. Most of all, she couldn't even see her sister.
She flinched as a rough hand grabs onto her, pulling her to her feet. " Let's go, sweetie. Appa will come to meet you, soon. "
That voice stated.
She shivered, tears falling down faster. " I don't want to go, eomma! Please! "
