Y/N POV

My family moved from y/s (your state) to this weird ass complex called Addison Apartments. I don't mind it here, even if I have no friends yet. As I unpack I think about my new school. I hope it's not shit and I at least have some friends.

~☆time skip to the next day☆~

My mom pushed me to go talk to some of the people living around here. So here I am. Knocking on the door my mom told me a boy my age lived. She said he was "kind of strange." I guess I'll find out what that means soon.

The door opens and I snap back into reality. I see a short boy wearing a black long sleeve shirt, red jeans ripped only at the knees, two blue pigtails, and an odd mask.

I see what my mom meant now.
I look at the boys pretty blue eyes. They're my favorite shade of blue.
I suddenly realize how long I've been standing there staring into his eyes and I apologize and introduce myself.

"Uhm- sorry for acting weird. I zoned out. Hi I'm f/n l/n! I just moved here and my mom kinda forced me to talk to people-"

"Oh, it's fine. Hi y/n. I'm Sal. Sal Fisher. My friends call me Sally Face." Sal replied

"Interesting nickname, what's the story behind it?" I asked

"Oh- uhm- some dumbasses called me it and I figured I'd just own it. So it became my nickname." He answered.

"I told my friend Larry I'd meet up with him in a few minutes, want to come with? I can introduce you to him." Sal questioned.

"Sure! Meeting people is kind of a must right now, considering I have no friends." I replied

"Well, I guess we're friends now then." He giggled a little.

~☆time skip to Larry☆~

"Hey dude! Who's this person you've got with you?" Larry said.

"Oh, they're new here. They said their mom forced them to socialize so they befriended me and agreed to meeting you." Sal laughed a little.

"Oh, in that case, hey dude. I'm
Larry, as you already know" Larry said.

"Hi Larry. I'm f/n l/n." You said.

I smelled weed on him. He looked high. This dude is definitely a stoner, although I don't mind, I'm a little bit of a drug bitch myself, so being friends with a stoner comes with its perks.

We all hang out for a while. To my surprise, Sal asks me if he can stay at my place.

"Look I know we just met, and that's actually why I want to stay at your place, you know, to get to know you better."

"That's fine. I doubt my parents will mind. My mom will probably tease us about dating stuff though. Shes a little, you know, weird like that."

With that we head to my appartment.

I let Sal in and we sit on my couch.

I hear my moms door open.

Great. Shes gonna say shit about me and Sal dating. I barely know this kid too, that's why it's annoying.

I told my mom I started dating a while ago. She never really cared about that, but she teases me in a mother-like way whenever I bring a boy in.

"Mom, don't even start, I've only known him for a few hours."

Despite my efforts, I end up getting teased anyways.

"But you'd make a good couple! Just look at you two! He's practically leaning on your shoulder."

Sal scoots over.

"Mom, please."

"Okay, okay, I've had my fun. Now you can have yours." She winks.

"MOM WHAT THE FUCK-!?"

She laughs and walks away.

Me and Sal decide to watch f/h/m (favorite horror movie)

While we watch the movie I can't help but look at Sal. His bright blue eyes, blue hair, and star hairpins(ok ik he doesnt have star hairpins. Now he does) catching my gaze. He was one of those boys you call pretty instead of handsome or hot.

But then, something happened. He fell asleep, AND HIS HEAD FELL ONTO MY SHOULDER
HE. IS. SLEEPING. ON. ME.
OH. MY. GOD.
I finish internally panicking and go on my phone, hoping he'll wake up before my mom sees him. He does.

He apologizes one too many times, and we go to my room.

"Cool room bro" he said

"Thanks dude." I reply.

I see him looking at my wall
Shit. I guess my TV Girl poster is still there.

To my surprise, he says, "You like tv girl? That's my favorite band! What's your favorite song by them?"

"My favorite TV Girl song is For You!" I exclaim.

"Can I tell you something? He asks.

"Sure, what is it?"

"That's my favorite TV Girl song too! -"

"Oh. That's nice!"

Soon after, we go to sleep in my bed, but I can't sleep.

My thoughts are of him. I try to drown them out. It's hard. I go get a glass of water to clear my head. I go back to my room, lay down, and end up falling asleep.
