Jin went to Namjoon's office and told him what Bogum did. To say that Namjoon was disappointed at Bogum was an understatement. He wanted to know the latter's reason for doing it as he knows that Bogum is not the type of person who would do such a thing. So, he had him go to his office immediately...not as the Chief of Cardio, but more as a friend or hyung since that was how they've been treating each other for the past years.
Bogum arrived at Namjoon's office 15 minutes after he was paged by the latter. The moment he stepped in, Namjoon already caught the distraught look on Bogum's face...but, not Jin. Jin was way beyond furious to notice.
"You! How dare you hurt a child's feelings that way?! Don't you know how fragile Aria is?! You're supposed to know that! And not just as a pediatrician, but being an adult, a friend of Taehyung's and Namjoon's! Was it because you got dumped by Taehyung?! You couldn't handle the rejection that you took it out on a child and without consideration for her current state?!" Jin yelled as he cried out of anger. Namjoon was holding on to Jin's arms as the latter was way too emotional to listen to him. Bogum, on the other hand, had his head down the entire time.

"Bogum, please sit down. Jin, honey, please try to calm down and listen to him first." Namjoon gently said.
"What?! Are you siding with him?!" Jin scowled at Namjoon.
"No, I just want to hear him out first. We both know him, Jin. He's not what you're painting him to be. So please, let's all sit down and talk first, okay?" Namjoon said.
When they were all seated, Namjoon was the first to talk.
"Bogum, Jin told me the hurtful things that you said to Aria. You mind telling us what that's all about?" Namjoon asked.
"I'm sorry Namjoon and Jin hyung. I had no choice. You see, my sister was in a car accident two weeks ago and she was 7 months pregnant. She went into pre-mature labor. Since the best hospital I could refer to my sister in Daegu was Daegu General, my brother-in-law decided to bring her there to give birth. My sister is now in comatose and my premmie nephew in critical condition.
Dr. Kim Jay Kyung called me the other day and asked me to do something for him or else he said he will make sure to pull the plug on my nephew and my sister." Bogum paused as he tried to swallow back his tears.
"What did he ask you to do, Bogum?" Namjoon asked.
"He asked me to find ways to get in between Taehyung and Jungkook. He even asked me to trigger any possible post-op complication on Aria. But, I can't do it, hyung. What I did this morning was the only thing I could think of, but I'm truly sorry for having said those things to Aria, Jin hyung. Please, believe me." Bogum said as he reached for Jin's hands.
