"Aria is out of danger now. We fixed the ventricular septal defect or the hole in her heart and we reconstructed her aorta to help normalize the blood flow. She will be transferred to the ICU for close monitoring to ensure that there are no post-op complications. If all goes well, she can go back to her room after 3 to 4 days." Bogum explained to Jungkook and Jin, with Jimin and Namjoon beside him.

Jungkook was just looking at Bogum the entire time and had no plans of talking to him...at all. So, when Jin noticed this, he decided to be the one to ask questions.

"Does this mean she wouldn't have have difficulty breathing or have fainting spells?" Jin said.

"That's our hope, but her follow-ups would be very critical as we need to closely monitor her blood pressure and see if there would be other conditions that would surface as she grows older. Of course we want her to live a healthy and normal childhood as she grows up, but there are still activities that she might need to avoid. But, not to say that we should stop hoping for the best." Bogum explained.

"Thank you, Dr. Park. We greatly appreciate what you've done for Aria, for us." Jin said.

"You said "we"?" Jungkook finally spoke.

"Pardon?" Bogum asked, didn't quite get what he was referring to.

"You said "we" fixed. Who's "we"?" Jungkook clarified.

"Oh, Dr. Kim had to jump in mid-way as she hemorrhaged and I needed a second pair of hands to help. He was able to find the source of the bleeding just in time." Bogum said.

"Is that how surgeon couples bond? How sweet." Jungkook sarcastically said, making Jimin snort and Jin annoyed.

"Excuse me?" Bogum asked again, now slowly understanding where the sarcasm is coming from.

"So, where is he now? Why didn't he come with you to talk to us about this?" Jungkook asked.

"Well, Mr. Jeon, one, he's not the attending for Aria's case, it's me; two, I told him to go home and rest since he's been doing surgeries for 12 hours without sleeping; and, three, I distinctly remember him mentioning that you want him to stay away." Bogum said, this time intentionally irking Jungkook.

"Exactly, so how the hell did he end up helping with my daughter's surgery?" Jungkook asked, this time glaring at Bogum who wasn't really intimidated to say the least.

"There were two doctors in the viewing room at that time. Dr. Park, here (pointing at Jimin) and Dr. Kim. Since Dr. Park is not a surgeon and we badly needed one as Aria was bleeding profusely, I made a call to have him help. If that's an issue, then I take full responsibility for it, Chief (looking at Namjoon) and I sincerely apologize for any discomfort it might have caused, Mr. Jeon. Our main intent was to save your daughter and at that moment, asking TAEBEAR, sorry, I meant, Dr. Kim was the best call I could make." Bogum smugly said, emphasizing on the nickname.

The tension in the room was getting too thick so Namjoon decided to butt in, "Mr. Jeon, Taehyung's staying with me and would not be at the hospital for the next couple of days. After that, he would be flying back to Japan, so I assure you that there won't be any chance for him to get anywhere near you or your daughter. I'll make sure of it." Namjoon said.

Just then, Jungkook's expression seemed to change from anger to worry. Jimin was the only one who noticed it as he's very much familiar with his long-time friend's quirks.

"Walk with me, Kook." Jimin said as he grabbed his wrist and excused themselves.

"Tell me, what's really bothering you?" Jimin asked when they finally reached the hospital garden where the doctor brought Jungkook.
