An eerie silence filled the atmosphere as Erza thought over the wager. Her eye lids covered her dirt colored eyes. She already knew that she should engage in battle with Sagittarius but her mind was constantly thinking about the outcome, knowing that it could be filled with red crimson liquid not from her own. However, even tho these thoughts haunt her, she knew that this was perfect fuel for the fire within her to protect her friends. Her eyelids slowly rising, revealing the determination within her chocolate brown eyes. The answer was clear.
"Very well. I accept your wager"
Sagittarius grin disappeared for a split second in shock but returned as fast as it left. Aurora nor Dasiy were neither fazed by her answer, knowing that she didn't have much of a choice.
"Alright. Let us begin this match" Sagittarius pointed his muscular arm towards dark red, paper fans, known to be targets.
"Horse back archery?" Erza questioned with a smile. "Very well".
A white light, shaped itself into a metal horse nearer the red headed warrior. Aurora, with Dasiy in her arms, took a couple steps backwards in fear of the horse randomly attacking her.
"Splendid! That is quite a fascinating steed you have there" Sagittarius complemented, his eyelids refusing to open.
"Well it is a once in a life time battle" Erza retored.
"I hope you are prepared to give this competition your all. A true warrior always strives to win!" He declared.
"Let me show you how this is done" Sagittarius took off, aimming his arrow at the target and shot it with ease. The target was pierced, leaving a small hole in the centre.
"Impresive" Erza complimented.
"Wow! He's really good!" Aurora exclaimed with widen eyes. Dasiy looked up at her in annoyance, a tic mark making its' appearance on her forehead.
"Don't compliment that grass eater!" She hissed.
"Well technically, horses mainly eat hay and apples" Aurora nervously stated with a sweat drop.
"I wouldn't care if he ate his own crap" Dasiy huffed, turning her head in front with her eyes lids covering her eletric blue eyes. Aurora sighed in defeat. The blessings were on dragon slayer's side, as neither Erza nor Sagittarius heard Dasiy's sarcastic remarks. Aurora's attention went back to the match.
"Go ahead! Take your turn!" the horse man stated loudly. The female warrior nodded, making her metallic horse gallop to the same area as Sagittarius. In the process, Erza shot her arrow, making it multiply in the air as it pierced through both targets at once.
Aurora's eyes widen larger than before in awe. "Woah! She's even better!".
Dasiy smirked, placing her paw at the centre of her pink forehead, making an 'L' shape with her thumb and index fingers. Aurora took notice and immediately pushed the pink cat's arm down, back to her side. She silently hoped that Sagittarius hadn't seen. Luckily, his closed eyes were only focused on the red head.
