"All right, little ones. This is an area of the woods that my father gave me to practice my quirk with. Well, actually it was more of a babysitter than a gift." I opened my school bag and let the animals out. "Only five people know about this place, so you're safe here." I watched as a baby squirrel climbed up my leg and stopped on my shoulder. I looked at her as she stared me in the eyes. I didn't want to touch her, in case her mama didn't like it. She put her two front paws on my cheek and licked me. "You're welcome." The baby squirrel clambered off me. I grabbed my school bag and started back to Yuuei.
*IT IS I, YOUR FATHER CALLING! Is that how it works?* My father's ringtone blared. "Sir?" I growled, still mad at him.
"Kita! Where are you?"
"I'm not in danger, but why do you care?"
"Kita, you come back to campus at once."
"Fine, I'll come to campus." I hung up and made my way to the school.
-Time Skip-
As I approached the gates, I saw my dad standing there. He looked more than a little mad. "Hey, All Might, sir."
"Don't hey me, where have you been?!" I looked at the ground.
"I found out." I looked him in the eyes, "Why didn't you tell me the truth?"
"Kita, I have no idea what you're talking about."
"DON'T LIE TO ME!" I stopped and closed my eyes, taking a deep breath. "Mama wasn't killed on a solo mission, was she? It was Thirteen that killed her, wasn't it?"
"Who told you that?"
"I promised to tell one reporter what it's like to be your daughter, if she told me about my mother. Oh, and I know why you won't let me participate in the festival."
"Kita, it's because you're still injured."
"Keep telling yourself that, maybe you'll believe it. Broccoli can't shine with Todoroki, Bakugo, and me involved at once."
"Kita, please listen to me."
"You had 11 years to stop filling my head with hope to be your successor and you had 10 years to tell me about Mama. You didn't."

*Bonus*
"Principal, Nezu. I have no idea what to do with Kita. She's become so angry and hateful."
"Think about things from her point of view." Nezu sipped on his tea. "You told her the truth about your quirk and she thought since you're her father, you would automatically give it to her."
"I didn't tell her I would give it to her." All Might watched the events going on below. "I didn't want All For One to hurt her."
"You didn't tell her that, did you? Nor did you tell her the truth about her mother?"
"This is my fault then? I see. I MUST MAKE IT UP TO HER!!" All Might jumped up from his crouched position.
"Give her some space for now, and maybe let her participate in the festival some."
