I climbed up a tree that looked tall enough to oversee the whole stadium, where I saw Bakugo and Uraraka facing each other. I could tell that they were talking, because their mouths were moving. But I couldn't hear what they were saying. "I realize you hate me right now, but I'm rooting for you."

Uraraka charged forward and Bakugo let off an explosion. But what happened next was too much of a blur for me to see. So I relied on my uncles' play-by-plays. "She keeps charging relentlessly, but this is..." (What? It's what?)

"I can't watch this!" (Hm?) "Hey! That's not the way someone who wants to be a hero acts! If you're so much stronger than her, just throw her out of the ring and finish it!! Stop toying with the poor girl!" I looked up and saw the place where my uncles were. (No way will I let anyone talk about my classmates or my friends like that!) I crawled my way higher up the tree and jumped onto the railing around the announcer's booth.

"Yeah, he's right." The sounds of booing echoed around the stadium.

"A group in the crowd has started booing! But to be honest, I agree... Ack! An elbow. What's the big idea?"

"Is the one who said he's toying with her a pro? How many years of active duty?"

"If that's what you're taking away from this. Then you can leave. No point in watching. Go home and start looking at job-hunting sites."

"He's right!"

"Whaaaa?! What's going on?!"

"I don't care that you're a pro. Bakugo has gotten even stronger since the first day of school. But Uraraka's gotten stronger too! If this was back then, nobody would blame you for saying that he's toying with her. But this isn't back then, this is now!"

"Bakugo's caution shows that he knows Uraraka's strength and see's her as a worthy opponent."

"It's exactly because he wants to win so badly..."

"That there's no room for carelessness or holding back."

Uraraka put her hands together and concentrated.

"So that was her plan..." I nodded, impressed with her, but with one giant explosion aimed upward, Bakugo destroyed every piece of rock and rubble that Uraraka brought down on him.

"What an explosion!! Uraraka's plan just......Went up in smoke!!"

"Uraraka's plan failed the moment she made it."

"That's a little harsh, don't you think?"

"It's so obvious how hard she strives to be just like broccoli head, but Bakugo has known that said dumbass for so long, that he knows when there's a plan being made."

"Uraraka is unable to continue. Bakugo moves on to the second round!"
