Day and Night (Sundrop and Moondrop x reader)

A day late

You woke up to the smell of food cooking and a children's program on the tv. You were the only one still a sleep and woke up trying to remember the night before. You hadn't gotten hammered but still you had a headache Nicholas walked over to you with a glass of OJ.

"Morning sleepyhead I thought you had died when you weren't waking up."

"Morning nick did I really sleep that long? What time is it?"

I took a long stretch and yawned wiping the sleep from your eyes.

"It's 6:20 your alarm woke me up so I've been up since 5:30 or so."

"Oh crap I'm late!!" Work started 20 minutes ago why didn't I wake up."

I hit my head and got up running to the kitchen giving Nicholas a hug and then running out the door.

"Girl wait I'll take you!!"

Nick was yelling to me from the kitchen.

"No time I'll take the bus or just run it there. I'll have to change when I get there anyway."

I got my stuff out of the back of Nick's car and put it in my bag running off to work. 'Shit Sunny's going to be so pissed at me for being late and moons definitely going to punish me.' those thoughts clouded my head as I run into the building and up to the daycare. I got into the break room and put my stuff in my locker exiting in the clothes I wore the night before. There was no time to change and I entered through the big wooden doors. Kid's were everywhere and and Sundrop was keeping them all company. I was out of breath and fell on my ass closing the doors behind me.

"Sorry I'm late everyone Ms. Y/N had a long night."

The kids came running up to you Sundrop followed them from the back then he came up front and picked you up.

"I bet you did have a long night your not even in uniform today you look like a bunny."

He pulled the hood over my head the bunny ears going up. I pushed them back down and Sundrop set me down.

"Listen sunny I'm really sorry I woke up late and ran all the way here please forgive me."

"Oh alright sunshine I forgive you but just because your so darn cute. But for now go get ready and we'll be waiting for you so we can all play hide and seek I as promised."

He patted the kids head's and the ran off I'm guessing to find hiding spots.

"Moony was pissed you know it was bad he broke something. Idk how you'll make it up to him but playing hide and seek with me will make it up. For your sake sunshine I hope he's cooled down by the time the lights go out."

"I understand completely sunny and know I'm probably going to be punished so for my sake I hope your right."

"Also sunshine you should wear that hoodie more often it makes me just wanna eat you out."

"Sunny what did you say?"

"Nothing now go get changed. (For my sake.)"

He whispered a little under his breath and pushed up you out of the daycare and you headed back to change. After getting changed into work clothes you head back into the daycare and Sundrop starts counting. The kids run and giggle as the hide away and one kid pulls you with them into one of the more tighter areas that you don't like going into because you would definitely get stuck. You were about to protest with the child but then Sundrop spoke really loud.

"20!!!! READY OR NOT HERE I COME!!!"

Everything was silent to silent. Then from that quite kids started scream laughing as you heard Sunny's voice call out to the children he found. You thought you were in the best spot because Sundrop had passed you and the kid three times already and you had the best view without being seen. All of the kid's were now found except you two. Your heart quickened as you heard him get near and then the little kid screamed as he grabbed her.
