When Everything Went Wrong

~ Y/n's POV ~

Once Nat leaves my room, I shut my door and fall back on my bed, a smile on my face. After a couple minutes pass, my door opens. I look up to see Yelena and Wanda.

"We just saw Nat leaving your room looking happier than ever.." Yelena sits next you.

"We assume it went well?" Wanda shuts the door and sits on the other side of you.

I sit up "you assume correctly. In fact, Nat and I have officially started dating, as in we're girlfriends!" I smile.

"After one date?" Yelena asks, sounding surprised. I'm just as surprised as you Lena, I don't know how I did it either.

"Yeah, Nat didn't see the point on going on all those dates people go on before making it official and just wanted to make it official right there and then!" I explain. "And honestly...I completely agree with her. Besides, we've already know each other for a few weeks so there's no need to go on those sort of dates." I shrug as I lay back on my bed.

"Huh...and here I was thinking you were the desperate one" Yelena mutters a bit too loudly, probably intentionally. Is that what you really think of me Yelena? Rude.

"Hey!" I throw a pillow at her.

She hits it out of the way "What? I'm not wrong for thinking that!"

"Ignore her Y/n" Wanda says, putting the pillow back in it's place. "But you and Nat huh?" she smiles "that's amazing! You must be happy."

"I am, I'm extremely happy"

"By the way, why is your tongue purple?" Yelena asks.

"Nat and I had slushies"

"There are purple slushies?" Oh that's the most asked question today.

"Nope" I smirk

"Then how..." Yelena mumbles, trying to work out what happened.

Wanda begins laughing, "why are you laughing?" Yelena asks, growing more confused. I won't lie, this is pretty funny.

I start to laugh as well.

"Why are you both laughing?" She asks once again, getting annoyed.

"Don't worry about it Yelena" I smile.

"I don't understand what's so funny though?"

Wanda and I continue to laugh. Sometimes ignorance is bliss Yelena, it's best if you don't know.

The three of continue to talk into the night.

~ Nat's POV ~

As I leave Y/n's room I run into Tony.

"Romanoff, a word?"

Great, here comes the big speech.

"What is it Tony?"

"You and Y/n then?" he asks.

"Yep, is that going to be a problem for you?" I raise an eyebrow.

"No no, she's an adult, she can date whoever she wants." I wasn't expecting that to be honest. "I just need to know that you're not going to hurt her."

"I wouldn't dream of it. She means a lot to me" She really does, I've never met anyone quite like her.

"Then we don't have a problem" He smiles.

"Good to know we have your approval, not that we need it as we are adults, like you said, but I know Y/n will appreciate it"

"Watch it, Romanoff" He glares at me slightly. I smirk at him before walking off.
