I sit at the dining table eating my cereal "hello" Karen says while holding a old beaten looking doll. I drop my spoon back in the bowl and put it in the sink "hi" I smile trying to get away from the creepy doll. "This is karolia she doesn't like you" "okay well I uh gotta go so bye Karen" I walk up the stairs to my room. I pick up mg library book and read I look at the time it's been an hour now. I get on my bike and head to mary-anne's house I knock on the door her dad answers I head up to her room "hey!" I smile and give her a hug "hi!" She smiles "what ya up too?" I ask "nothing just working on a school project" I nod and sit on her bed "want some help?" "Yeah thanks" we work on the project for awhile and finally finish it. "It's done!" She says relieved I can't help but laugh a little we talk and then we play a board game shutes and ladders (I think that's how you spell it) I won! "Told you id win im the best" I say sarcastically she rolls her eyes "I say rematch!" She laughs "fine" I smile I end up letting Mary-Anne win but she doesn't know that so we pick up the board game and play another one this time she picks the game.
