A Murder Occurs

As I was following Cole, I heard a scream coming from the cafeteria. I ran as fast as I could, but by the time I got there, it was already too late. Kona's dead body was lying on the ground. Georgie and Rei were close behind me. When they got there, Monokuma came on the loudspeaker, saying, "A body has been discovered! You will have 3 hours to investigate, and then time for the Class Trial!" And with that, I finally understood the situation we're in. Monokuma didn't care about us. He only cared about himself. But I didn't have time to dwell on that. It was time to start investigating.

As I was about to start my investigation, Monokuma showed up out of nowhere and walked up to me. "I've already told the others this, but on your e-handbook, there's the Monokuma File for Kona. It will give you the details of his death and the condition of his body!" And on that note, he disappeared. I rolled my eyes and checked the "Monokuma File," not realizing how crucial this would be to the case.

"What the hell?" I said to myself as I opened up the Monokuma File, as it showed the cause of death, estimated time of death, and even a diagram of Kona's body! I read over it, finding out some useful information, like he died around 10:49 AM, and that he was killed by a slit throat, the wound being .5 mm in width. The time of death gives several of us an alibi, including myself, Cole, Georgie, Millie, Reese, Alex, Rei, and Linelle. However, that makes everyone who wasn't in the gym with us a suspect.

I investigated the scene of the crime, paying careful attention to the surroundings. Examining the body, I noticed something strange in Kona's pocket. Is this... a note? Who gave this to him? A completely new mystery opened up, and I had no clue what to do. As I was about to go into the kitchen, I noticed something. A cafeteria table had been moved. I moved the table to the side a bit, and found a loose floorboard. Opening it up, I found a knife covered in blood. Could this be... the murder weapon?

I used the camera installed on the e-handbook to take pictures of all of the evidence I had gathered, and by the time I finished, Monokuma was on the loudspeaker. "Investigation time is over! Head over to the main hall and get ready fir the Class Trial!" And with that, we all made our way to the main hall, feeling an overwhelming sense of despair. When we got to the main hall, there was an elevator that hadn't been there before. We all entered the elevator, and as we were going down, I realized something. One of my classmates had killed Kona. And we had to convict one of them.
