Danganronpa: Crimson Hope

Welcome to Hope's Peak Academy!

The day I went to attend Hope's Peak High School, was the last normal day of my life. Hey. My name is Riley. My talent? I'm the Ultimate Streamer. I stream anything and everything I'm good at on social media. Anyway, when I entered Hope's Peak, with every step I took, I grew dizzier, as if something wanted to keep me out, and my eyes grew heavy, and I eventually, passed out. I woke up in a classroom with a large group of people who were staring at something in the front of the room. I stood up and went over to where everyone was standing.

Somebody noticed me, and flagged me over to them. "Oh, you're finally awake," he said. "I'm Rei, and I'm the Ultimate Therapist." I smiled. "Nice to meet you, Rei. I'm Riley, Ultimate Streamer." I put my hand out for him to shake. He took it, and we went back over to the group.

There was a black and white bear in the middle of the group, and it sounded like he was explaining things. "So nice of you to finally join us!" the bear said to me, clearly agitated. "Anyway, as I was saying, welcome to Hope's Peak! I am Monokuma, headmaster of this school! As you may recall, you were each brought here because you are the very best at what you do. For example, Mr. Riley over here is the Ultimate Streamer, and Mrs. Linelle is the Ultimate Actress."

I looked over at the girl he called Linelle. She was a relatively short blonde. I wondered how she was the Ultimate Actress, but then again, the Ultimates are only selected from high schoolers all over the world. Monokuma continued with what he was saying. "Now, you all are trapped here," the bear said with a smile. We all took a step back. "What?!?" a girl dressed in all black said, clearly surprised. "Yup! And the only way to escape... is to kill one of your classmates!"

With that, everyone fell silent, listening to what Monokuma had to say. "That's right! And you can't just kill somebody and leave, just like that. Oh no. You have to get away with it, too. After a body is discovered, you will have 3 hours to investigate the crime, and then a Class Trial will be held. If you figure out who the blackened is and vote them out, they will be punished. However, if you vote the wrong person, you all will be punished and the blackened goes free! Sound good?"

A medium sized boy goes up and grabs Monokuma by the neck. "You really think we're gonna kill each other?" he asked the bear. "Nah. The only killing that's gonna take place, is me killing you!" Monokuma snapped, and 3 men in black suits and sunglasses entered the classroom holding guns. They pointed them at the boy who was grabbing Monokuma. "I'm going to give you 5 seconds to put me down," Monokuma said. Immediately, the boy drops him. The men then leave the room.

"Oh and by the way, take a look out the window. We aren't really at Hope's Peak anymore. We're now at a military base!" And sure enough, when I looked out the window "I'm giving each of you an E-Handbook, and they contain maps of the facility, and they are your key to get into your barracks! Now get out there and give me some entertainment!" And with that, Monokuma left.

I couldn't believe it. I came here to attend Hope's Peak High School, but now I'm caught up in some sort of death game. It was at that moment, all of us realized something. We realized that we wouldn't have a chance if we tried to kill each other. I swore to myself that I wouldn't kill anybody, and I would do my best to figure out who is behind all of this.
