CHAPTER 13

Levi's point of view:

Right after lunch, i never heard the end of it from mom and Mikasa. I know it was wrong of me to do that but she doesn't understand! I just need time to think about everything my jerk uncle did! They wont get how i feel, thry never will...

"Why would you hurt Hange!? She's a female Levi! You're stronger in a way- dont ever hurt her again" mom threatened if i get in more fights with her, everyone i knew will just leave me. Didn't that already happened? Isabel and Farlan left because of me. I dont want them to leave- but they wont get it!

"Isa and Farlan already left me! If they leave me it's their choice!" I spat back, i never get into arguments with her and this might be the first in a few years.

"Just tell us what uncle said and we might help you!" Mikasa interrupt, i growled at her just holding my urge to jump on her.

"You wont understand-"

"Of course we wont if you dont tell us!"

"I know you can be selfless Levi but you won't be strong forever!" She panted heavily after that. I feel down on couch clutching my head, her words just echoes repeating it over and over.

"Le-Levi? I'm sorry i never-" i just stood up walking to her slowly. I did the unexpected and went closer.

"Levi? What are you doing?" Mikasa asked and tryed to back away but i held her arm. I pulled her to me circling my arms around her.

She was frozen not knowing what to do. One of the times Mikasa Ackerman was clueless was rare.

She hugged back after a while- i dont want to lose her, she's my little sister and I'll protect her that's what i promised when our father was still alive.

"Can you please tell me now?" She mumbled, i nodded my head looking up to mom she was smiling a bit. I might not show affection to my sister that much i do care about her.

"Uncle did something when he was away- he went to take care of great grandfather, he needed help and someone offered him, but there was a problem. Uncle wanted to repay them and what they wanted was..."

"Go on just continue please?" She asked and i hummed in response. I guess it's better to tell than keep it all to myself.

"What they wanted was an arranged marriage" i manage to coughed out. I didn't know how they'll reach to it that's why i just kept it to myself.

"He what!? He told them about you didn't he!" She yelled, she started ti tense up bawling her fist.

"He told them about his family- they wanted me to get married to their daughter"

"And who may that be?" My mom asked, her eyebrows furrowed i know she was mad at my uncles stupid decisions.

"Her name is..Petra Ral.."

"Kenny i can't believe you!" Mom yelled at uncle, she and him started to have an argument right after i explained what happened.

Me and Mikasa are just standing on the sides watching then, a few minutes pass and she leaned closer. "Be thankful mom is on your side brother" she whispered, i nodded and just continued to look at them.
