Allowing the smoke to fill her lungs, Cassia's eyes closed in pleasure from the instant feeling that consumed her body. She allowed the substance to circle around her body before slowly exhaling out, the thin cloud of smoke seeping past her slightly parted lips gently. She couldn't remember the last time she'd resulted to smoking, not picking up such since she had Kaicey, but she felt an overwhelming bout of stress and she wasn't sure what other options to go with.

Since receiving that video of Crystal, she felt she was all over the place. Trying her best to keep it together but she couldn't, not even building the courage to tell Cepheus yet because she was terrified. She knew that if she thought he lost it before, mention of their child being drugged up and taken advantage of on camera would've forced a side of him that she wasn't sure any of them were prepared to see.

"When the hell you start smoking again...?" She heard from behind her, but she never turned her focus from staring over their balcony where the illuminated image of the city out in the distance was prevalent.

Choosing not to answer him, Cassia placed her lips back around the blunt again, taking a slow pull with her eyes fluttering shut in a calm manner. She just wanted to be alone, unless he planned on proposing any ideas to get her mind off of everything that was going on. She refused to take any drug aside from the one she was intaking currently, vowing to never do something like that again and she meant that.

"Alright then, I take it you gon act like I ain't here." She heard Cepheus speak up again, Cassia still keeping her focus ahead. Sighing, she crossed her right leg over her left as tears began to slowly roll down her face, her voice still hidden in her throat where she planned on keeping it. She wasn't even upset in that moment, she was just on a cloud that she didn't want to get off of. "Cassia-."

"Be quiet" She sighed, leaning back a little bit while bringing the blunt back to her mouth. "I don't want to talk unless you can take me out of this reality." She spoke calmly, her eyes closed as her lips parted to release the cloud of smoke that filled her mouth.

Raising an eyebrow, Cepheus was about to say something, but stopped once another idea popped in his head. "We got the house to ourself right?" He tilted his head, his body remaining standing behind her, not allowing him to see anything but her head nodding to tell him yes. Nodding himself, Cepheus said nothing else as he turned on his heels to walk back into their bedroom and out into the hallway.

Cassia wasn't sure where it was he went, but she didn't dwell on it because she didn't all too much care. Her mind tried it's best to shove down all thoughts and feelings consuming her, but it was difficult. She couldn't even have her kids in the house with her because she'd reached her breaking point, finding herself in the middle of all her children nearly losing it while having to be comforted by Christian and Josiah, since Camree and Zahir were at a school event.
