Ink's POV

It's been hours that I was locked up in my room
I started to think of an idea how to get on the party and hope I'm not too late,I was already wearing a suit tho for the party...
Okay okay...all I need is to relax now...
First...how am I gonna get out of this place without dad noticing..hmm
Should I,disguise myself? No that's still stupid
My phone suddenly rang to see it was Sci
"Hey Ink,I got an idea earlier that maybe my friends will be better to be separated on the other crowds just in case they are strangers for you
So I decided to ready the private room for you and my other close friends!
Is it okay to u?" Sci asked
Well...Sci is sometimes an introvert person but it's really fine for me
"Yeah,sure,Sci" I said
"Okie" then..he hung up
What kind of party anyways..?
A birthday party or...nvm,I'll just gonna know if I get there

I then checked the time to see it was now 6pm
Oh no! I really need to get there now,it's better to be early tho
I ran towards my window and opened it,I jumped out of the window then quickly splashed an ink puddle on the ground so I can be on Sci's place in no time
Then...I landed on my portal
Yep...teleportation
My power is limited so I can't just use this always,it can decrease my strength and stamina..
Anyways...I'm here
I got out from my portal and started to look around
I'm at his backyard..
I quickly entered the house or Sci's mansion to see I was at the kitchen
I saw Sci preparing the foods
He noticed me so he was shocked
"Wow! You're so early!,come in come in!" He exclaimed excitedly as he pulled me inside
His home is so big and clean as always...
"How come u didn't invite your other friends? It's always fine for me as long you don't make any trouble" he said
"Y-yeah...anyways, what's the party all about again..?" I asked
He giggled
"To celebrate the Science Month of course!
I always do this every year...tho I always have small visitors like..just my friends..
After I got kicked out from my job in my old workplace...I lost my fans and other friends...
The world is really cruel but I'm still lucky that there's someone or the real one still stays..." He muttered
I was sad to hear the story from him
"What happened anyway..? Why u were kicked out..?" I asked
"It was...it was just an accident...
U see,I made a lot of experiments and my awesome creations,but this last one...was really bad than I thought.." He trailed
I was really curious what's gonna happen next so he decided to continue

"I....I made an artificial soul and tested it as my newest experiment...
Until I forgot that there was something missing on the machine I made so...
Let's just get to the point,the machine I made...exploded as some of my coworkers died because of my bad brain that doesn't function well sometimes
Of course...the place where I work got destroyed 'cause of me
So yeah,...it was still nice that the place or my old workplace was now fixed,new,and improved!" He explained
I was really surprised to hear that
"How did you...survived the explosion..?" I asked
Also,it's really awesome that he can make an artificial soul!
"Well,of course I got wounded and the others who survived as well
I was alert so I quickly hide and forgot to warn the others..
I'm a badass XD" he said and started chuckling
"It's also really sad that the soul I made melted after the explosion..
But nah,not gonna make it again for no reasons" He added
I am really really becoming crazy right now...
Of how much I really want to ask Sci about making one again for me...
But if I ask him that...maybe he'll be mad at me,or worse he'll just ignore me!
"Okay Ink,I'm gonna show you the private room! It's also big,no worries!" He exclaimed as he started dragging me with him on the 'private room'

We then finally entered it as he sat me down on the chair
"I'm really surprised you're my first guest,gonna get you some drink
I'll be right back" he quickly said and about to leave until I stopped him by holding his wrist gently
He turned to see me
"W-wait...I mean..." I paused
"Hm? What is it? Looks like you're scared of something?
Oh don't worry! The others will be here soon,and there's no ghosts here,you'll be fine" he said
I stood up
"N-no,not that-"
He then faced me with confused look
"What? Oh! Don't worry!
Foods with poison are not allowed,and you'll be fine,I would never put poison on foods and drinks!" He exclaimed
I just shyly chuckled
"I-if...If I ask you this...please don't be mad.." I muttered
"Oh...seems like u have bigger problem..
Okay go on,what is it?" He asked
I gulped
"Would you do me a favor by...making another soul for...me?" I shyly asked
"Oh of course I would love to!
It's really awesome someone requested me to make another one
But this time,I'll make sure I won't fail anymore!" He said in confidence
I gave him a warm smile
"Thank you,Sci.." I thank him
"Yeah no worries!
But...why tho? Where u gonna use it?" He asked
I started sweating...
"I...I know you'll hate me if I say this to you...
*sigh*...I'm... I'm soulless..
And I've been wanting a soul in a long time now,artificial one is still okay for me as long as it function as the real one.." I sadly said
He was shocked to hear that
"Why didn't you say so?!
I would've made one for you before if you told me!
It's also rare to know that there's someone soulless that still living

I'll be right back" he said
I nodded
I'm glad there's someone understand my situation..
