Blackout.

Sonny's POV:

I had slept at Y/Ns for the night and we ate the whole batch of cookies. I didn't want the night to end, we were dancing, laughing and eating our cookies. I felt like she had known me for years. I woke up before Y/N and I wasn't sure what to do so I went out to the bathroom.

"Goodmorning Y/N- Hold up... Who the hell are you?! And why are you in my sister's room?!" Her Sister, Mila said to me while I walked down the hallway.

"Oh no no dont worry! I'm Y/Ns best friend. I stayed the night because my house is kind of crazy." I replied, that sounded like a lie but it wasn't.

"oh well, Y/Ns never mentioned you before..." Mila says shrugging and going back to her room.

My heart stops beating and I quickly run to the bathroom, Hooray!! The lights are still working. I think to myself.

I walk back out to see Y/Ns mom making little jars of rice pudding.

"Good morning Ms Ortega!" I say sitting up on a stool, "It smells delicious in here." I say staring at the jars.

"Thank you, it's my special recipe and please call me Zita." She says placing the puddings in the fridge. "It's going to be very hot today so I would like you to Wake Y/N up and head to your cousins, It won't be as hot down there."

"Sure thing Zita, We can bring down your rice puddings and the cookies!" I say placing them by the door as she nods.

"Y/N WAKE UP!" I yell and she instantly opens her eyes. "6 more hoursss" She groans kicking the sheets off. "Ha it was my time to wake you up and it only took one go!" I say walking out.

We finally head down to Usnavi's and set everything up. We let Abuela kick her feet up and relax. Y/N sat down with Abuela and they got to know each other while I was placing down napkins and cutlery. It was about 12:00 PM and we still had a while to get organised. First Nina's dad dropped by to check in with an array of different salads, stews and we even got brisket! This was going to be the best dinner ever.

*Y/NS POV:*
I decided I wanted to help everyone out so I 12.21walked up to Sonny
"Can I help with anything?" I ask sonny.
"Yeah! Can you get those Soda Cans out from my backpack?"
I nod and go over to his backpack, I see the drinks but I also spot fireworks...I think to myself "what does the boy have planned?"
