It was a very sunny day. Sato Ishida was walking home after buying meds for his sister with stolen money.
It has been five days since he was saved by those 2 menacing strangers.
He was on the crossroad preparing to cross to the other side.
He was halfway through the road then suddenly a speeding car with a few police cars chasing after it was coming straight for him.
Sato got very scared and started running but it was too late. The car was 5 cm away from his face.
Sato braced himself but nothing came. He looked up to see Diego and that car very beaten up 2 meters from him.
“What happened?” Sato asked very frightened.
“What happened was that I saved your arse from that car” Diego answered.
Sato was wondering how did he do it in so little time. He wondered about what could his quirk be since he can’t see THE WORLD hovering menacingly.
“Are you a hero?” Sato asked.
“Heh. I guess I am”. Diego answered.
“The name’s Phantom Menace,” Diego said as the police were arresting the criminals and calculating the cost for the damage.
“Look kid I have work to do how about you go back home?” Diego asked.
“Yes sir!” Sato said as he left the premises.
“That was a job wonderfully done! I wasn't trusting you in the beginning but you've proven yourself to be quite a good hero. No wonder the president trusted you” The detective said.
“What can I say it’s my pleasure working for her again.” Diego said.
A crowd was slowly gathering to see what Diego had done.
“That must be the new hero. Uh what was his name?” A bystander asked.
“It’s Phantom Menace. He saved my neighbours from brutal burglars. I heard he even brought down a yakuza by himself!” answered another bystander. The crowd was starting to admire Diego. But Diego had already left the area.
Diego was walking to U.A to see what kind of academy it is since it has Izuku Midoriya and All Might. It has been 5 days since they brainwashed the president and 3 days since he became a hero.
He heard that DIO is also making progress with getting the attention of the villains as he got the attention of the people.
How easy it was for them to get respect just like that. He has reached U.A. he observed the front gate.
He would enter but only students and the staff were allowed and he didn’t want to risk his reputation. It was almost afternoon.
He decided to go check out the sides as well. But then he saw Izuku leave the front gate.
‘That must Izuku. I’ve seen his photos on that laptop or whatever. I’ll follow him undetected.’ Diego thought as he slowly followed Izuku.
