The Pacific Ocean, 7:06 A.M.
Diego was in the bathroom hiding and waiting for his arrival at this I-Island. Why was he in the bathroom you ask?
Well, that's because the cockpit door was beyond his understanding or didn't know how to use it.
So he has been hiding in the bathroom for the past 11 hours. He learned a lot of things like All Might is a frail man and this David Shield he's going to visit was his sidekick or something like that.
And that this Izuku can't control his powers well and he can use like 5% or something.
He used THE WORLD to phase outside the jet and see the time and figured out it was after dawn.
"All Might! All Might!" Izuku exclaimed as he woke All Might up.
"What is it, Young Midoriya?" All Might asked.
"Look we're here. The Artificial City inhabited by over 10,000 scientists, I-Island." Izuku said as Diego was impressed to hear it.
Then Izuku was talking about should he had come with All Might.
"Don't worry young Midoriya, The invitation said to bring a companion and we're connected by something thicker than blood." All Might said. Diego was wondering what that would be until he remembered that All Might gave Izuku his quirk.
"The plane will soon begin to decent to I-Island" The pilot announced.
That was it for Diego. The plane was above the city and he formulated a plan to jump down there.
"THE WORLD" Diego said but not too loud and time stopped. Diego exited the bathroom and was making a run for the plane door.
He didn't know how these doors worked so at the cockpit but at this door, there was a sign saying "Press to open door" that was enough for Diego.
He opened the door that was also stairs and exited. There was still 3 seconds left till time resumes so he closed the door assuming the door locks like the ones in the cars.
"Time will resume," Diego said as time was resumed.
He was 200 meters (656 Feet) High but he was descending fast. In 5 seconds he will touch the ground. 4 seconds, 3 seconds, 2 seconds, 1 second was left till he hit the ground.
"THE WORLD" and time stopped again. He slowly descended to the ground.
"Time will resume" as he said that time was resuming. He then got a text from DIO so he started texting him.
'What happened? did you get into a fight or something?'-DIO
'Stopping Time is convenient for more than just fighting. Anyway how're things on your end?'-Diego
' We are making progress and rumours is going about something sinister gonna happen at that island and the LOV are behind it.'-DIO
' Good job I am going to watch out for assholes including you if you happen to show up there. Arrideverci.'-Diego
