Gentle Criminal

Diego was on a morning patrol for any crimes.

'So there was a girl under all that rubble. She was important apparently.' Diego thought recalling the recent events.

'And Chisaki's pulverized corpse was found at Endeavour's agency. Makes me want to send another.' Diego thought.

Suddenly his hero phone started rining. (They get notified of crimes somehow. Crimes don't just happen in front of their faces)

Diego got it out and looked to see what it was. "A nearby convenience store is being robbed?" Diego muttered.

Diego then started running to the shop. After a few minutes, he reached it.

He opened the door to see a man wearing a gentlemen's suit and a top hat with some strokes on his eyes.

"Ah ha! So another hero finally arrived at the scene of crime!" He exclaimed.

'Was that narration or his ego?' Diego thought confused.

"Well you'll go down like the rest of them, isn’t that right my viewers?" He questioned someone.

Diego was confused and looked around him to see a small girl with a camera. There was the store clerk shivering begind the counter.

'She's recording it?' Diego thought confused. Wasn’t that evidence against them?

"What's going on?" Diego asked.

"Ah ha! I am the infamous Gentle Criminal! And you’re going to be defeated in my video!" Gentle Criminal exclaimed.

'If DIO was here then he would kill this man on the spot for insulting what Jonathan was.' Diego thought.

"Infamous? I've never heard of you." Diego said as they paused for a half a second before continueing.

'Looks like I've struck a nerve.' Diego thought.

"No you haven’t but you will remember me forever after this!" Gentle Criminal exclaimed irritated.

"THE WORLD!" Diego exclaimed as time stopped.

He used THE WORLD to see if he can touch him. Confidence like that just doesn’t come out of nowhere.

Something stopped his stand's hand. 'The air?' Diego thought confused seeing the air bend like some rubber.

"Up too?". Diego wondered as he tried to touch other areas.

" It's also soft." Diego muterred.

"It seems you have prepared well beyond any villain I've known BUT it’s not enough." Diego said looking at Gentle Criminal.

"Time will resume." Diego said as time resumed.

"I see you’ve prepared." Diego smirked as they were surprised.

"So you’ve heard of me!" Gentle Criminal exclaimed.

"No I haven't." Diego said.

"Then how did you know I was prepared?" Gentle Criminal asked.

"I can sense it. Confidence like yours just doesn’t come out of nowhere." Diego said trying to hide the fact that he has a stand.

"Tch! La Brava, we need to abort!" Gentle Criminal exclaimed.

"Yes!" She exclaimed as she put the camera down.

"Now don't go running away." Diego said as he backtracked and tried to find an opening.

"It's useless! I've turned everything soft!" Gentle Crimimal exclaimed.

Diego was suspicious. He grabbed a can from the shelf and threw it at the corner.
