Izuku Midoriya was walking out of his school after the classes has ended.

He was still thinking about Dio / Phantom Menace and how invincible he was.

He told All Mighy he need to talk about him. All Might said it can wait he has paperwork.

Izuku was almost at the train station. "Young Midoriya!" Someone called out who Izuku can assume was All Might.

Izuku looked around but couldn't find him.

"Where is All Might?" Izuku mumbled.

"I am over here Young Midoriya!" All Might said as Izuku looked around to see a black car with All Might in it.

"All Might!" Izuku said to All Might quietly so nobody else heard him.

"You said you need to talk about something important right?" All Might asked.

"Yes, All Might it's about One For All," Izuku answered.

"Get in the car, we'll talk at the police station with Tsukauchi." All Might said as Izuku got into the car.

A few minutes later they reached the police station.

"Hey, All Might and Midoriya!" Tsukauchi said as he saw them come in.

"Hey, Tsukauchi." All Might said.

"Follow me," Tsukauchi said as they followed him into his office.

"Alright, we're all here, now what did you want to talk about?" All Might asked.

"Y-Yes ok I wanted to talk about Phantom Menace," Izuku said.

'What's he got to do with One For All?' All Might thought confused.

"Phantom Menace? Wasn't he the hero who wasn't captured at I-Island?" Tsukauchi asked.

"Yes, He wasn't captured. He led us to victory and it was because of him we were able to retake I-Island." Izuku explained.

"That's why you should listen to the pro heroes." All Might said.

"Can I tell you what happened with him when he was with us?" Izuku asked.

"Sure go on," Tsukauchi allowed.

"So we first met him when he came through the elevator and I.." Izuku trailed off.

"You what?" Tsukauchi asked as he was writing this down.

"I mistook him for Melissa." Izuku said embarrassed.

"Hahahaha Young Midoriya we all make mistakes." All Might said and patted his back.

"So after that, the announcement of the bomb was made. Melissa had suspicions that weren't the case and Dio confirmed it." Izuku said.

"He confirmed it? How?" Tsukauchi asked.

"He said he had come to the expo uninvited because he had suspicions that sinister stuff was going to happen." Izuku explained.
