“Right this will be your room for the time being Your Highness” Mingi says as he opens the door and walks in, the price following closely behind him, the room itself is quite spacious, a king size bed, a brown and gold dresser located in the far corner of the room, there's a door to his left which he assumes is the bathroom, to his right there are two enormous windows overlooking the garden “Thank you, Mingi is it?” the prince says with a small smile “”Yes Your Highness, and your welcome” Mingi says with a small bow “Right i will let you get settled, someone will come and get you when dinner is ready” Mingi says walking to the door “Okay, Thank you” the prince says as Mingi walks out

The prince sighs sitting down on the edge of the bed looking out of the window admiring the beautiful sunset

Meanwhile in the courtroom everyone is gathered except Mingi and the lilac, “Okay, but what's their motive?” Seonghwa asks once the girl had finished explaining what happened “I don’t know, but we need to help him get back to Aurora” the girl states as they all nod in agreement “But does he know who you really are?” Hongjoong asks, “No, and i’d like to keep it that way” she says as they all nod before continuing their meeting “Okay well me and Yeosang can ride out to the village for supplies tomorrow at first light” Seonghwa says looking at said boy who nods in agreement 

Just then there’s a knock on the door before Mingi walks in taking a seat next to San “What did i miss?” Mingi whispers to San “Not much, I’ll fill you in later” San whispers back both turning their attention back to the meeting, “Right San Mingi, you two will be helping me train the prince in some basic combat skills” the girl states looking their way as they both nod in agreement “And Hongjoong, we’ll map out the route later on, but in the meantime watchover these dummies and make sure everything goes smoothly” she says playfully earning a few complaints from the others “The disrespect!” Seonghwa scoffs playfully “You know i say it with love” the girl says playfully blowing the boy a kiss “Love my ass” Seongwha grumbles crossing his arms over his chest “oh c’mon Seonghwa you know i love you all really” the girl says as a smile creeps onto the boys face “i know” the boy sighs but before she can say anything else there’s a knock on the door before the lilac pops his head in smiling brightly “Dinners ready” Wooyoung says in a singsong voice “I’ll go get the prince then” the girl says getting up from her seat and walking to the door “You guys can prepare the table while i’m gone” she says winking playfully at the boys before rushing out of the room laughing slightly as she hears them complain.

The girl knocks on the door to the princes room hearing a faint ‘come in’ before she opens the door to find the prince standing by the window, “Dinners ready” the girl says walking over to him “Hm” he hums his gaze not leaving the window, “Your Highness” she says trying to get the princes attention, “Oh sorry” the prince says finally looking away from the window, his gaze falling down to the girl beside him “Dinners ready” she says looking up at him with a small smile “Let’s go” she says as the prince nods following closely behind the girl heading out of the room, downstairs and into the dining room where all the boys are already seated “Finally their here!” San exclaims as they take their seats “Let’s eat!” Wooyoung shouts all digging into their meal 

“So Your Highness” the lilac speaks up catching everyone’s attention, him and San share a playful look as Seonghwa sighs “Do you have a special lady waiting for you back home?” the lilac asks looking over at the young prince whose cheeks have turned as red as a tomato, Seonghwa shakes his head in disappointment as all eyes are on the prince waiting for his answer “w-well n-not r-really” the prince stutters cheeks turning even redder if that’s even possible “YAH! Jung Wooyoung!” the girl warns glaring at said boy, “I was only asking a question” the boy says putting his hands up in surrender “Well then have you ever been in a relationship Wooyoung?” Mingi asks in a playful tone, “Ofcourse, no one could ever resist me” Wooyoung replies with a smirk as the others laugh and mock him “Yeah, what a keeper” the girl says sarcastically rolling her eyes “Well i don’t recall you ever being with anyone” Wooyoung says raising his brow at the girl “I-I...It’s none of your business” the girl stutters,blushing slightly as the lilac smirks “Why don't you go and get dessert?” Yeosang suggests to the lilac, Wooyoung nods as he stands up and walks out “Please ignore him Your Highness, he’s very playful” Seonghwa says looking over at the prince with a small smile “It’s ok don’t worry about it, and please call me Yunho, there’s no need for formalities” the young prince says with a bright smile “I’m back!” the lilac says walking in with a big silver platter in his hands “Did you miss me?” Wooyoung says playfully as he places the silver platter down on the table “No, what’s for dessert?” Hongjoong asks looking over at what's on the silver platter “It’s chocolate cake” Wooyoung says excitedly as he starts serving a slice to everyone before finally serving himself as he takes a seat “Dig in!” he exclaims as they all start to eat their cake “It’s delicious!” Yeosang compliments giving the lilac a thumbs up before eating another spoonful 

“So, the Oasis, how was it founded?” the prince asks whipping the corners of his mouth with a napkin, they all freeze till the girl clears her throat looking over at the prince “Well four years ago i founded this place, The Oasis, a place where all outcasts could call home, a place where people felt wanted and could fit in, I met Hongjoong first, then gradually met the rest of the boys along my journey, and then, we found this place, it wasn’t in the best condition but we managed, we fixed up what we could and gathered supplies, and soon enough we created our home, 

word traveled fast, people came from all around seeking refuge, a home, so we welcomed them with open arms,

I named this place The Oasis because just like the Oasis in a desert it gives you hope” the girl explains as they all smile warmly at her, “Your all outcasts?” the prince asks as he looks at them confused as the boys nod “Hongjoong’s an exnavigator, he had nowhere to go when he lost his crew at sea, Seonghwa was from the house of Park, next in line to take his fathers place, but he felt trapped in a life that he believed was not for him, so he fled, Mingi and San were turned down by the royal guard, they were on their way back when a storm hit so they seeked refuge here, i offered them the position that night, Yeosang and wooyoung where the next duo to show up, Yeosang was from the house of Kang and just like Seonghwa he believed that life was not for him, so he fled, Wooyoung was their shef , him and Yeosang had been friend since they were toddlers, so Wooyoung dropped everything to follow his best friend and that is how those six idiots ended up here” the girls finished with a smile “And you just had to ruin the moment by calling us idiots” Seonghwa sighs playfully as the girl chuckles “But what’s your story?” the prince asks curiously as he looks over at the girl “My story is unknown as there are many versions to it” she answers carefully as the prince nods sitting back in his chair.

“Anyways, tomorrow you will be joining us for training Your Highness, so i think we should all get some rest as we all have busy days tomorrow” the girl says standing up as the rest follow her actions.

“Goodnight everyone” she says walking to the door, she hears various Goodnights as she walks out of the room and down the hall towards the stairs “DALLIA WAIT!” she hears someone shout from behind her followed by the sound of rapid footsteps, she turns around to see the prince jogging up to her, “Could you take me to my room please? I don’t really know where it is” he says nervously biting his lip “Ofcourse, Let’s go” she says with a chuckle as they head up the stairs together, 

“Right, well here you are, I’ll let you rest, Goodnight” the girl says turning to walk to her room “Wait!” the prince says as she turns around “I didn’t get to thank you for saving me that night” he says meeting her gaze “Thank you” he says with a warm smile “Your welcome, Your Highness” she says with a bright smile “Please, just call me Yunho, there’s no need for formalities” he says with a pout “Okay Yunho” she says with a chuckle as the prince looks at her with a bright smile “Right Goodnight then Yunho” she says with a small bow “Goodnight my lady” he says returning the bow as they both chuckle smiling brightly at  each other,

She sends him a small nod before heading down the hall to her own room,

They both went to bed with the biggest smiles on their faces that night, 

But how long will that last…
