By the time the sun was setting beyond the horizon the group had finally reached Crescent forest “Okay let’s  split up and find a place to rest for the night” the girl states getting down from her horse, holding it by the rains as she walks through the forest, the boys going their own ways to find a suitable place to rest for the night not long after they hear Yeosang shout out that he had found a place, all quickly turning towards where they heard the young noble call out

once they had all gathered and made sure their horses where tied up and had enough food and water, they started setting up camp “Okay rock paper scissors for who collects firewood” Wooyoung says as they all gather putting their hands in the middle, a lot of complaining and shouting later the two losers who have to collect firewood are San and Mingi, the two go off to collect the wood in a sulk while the others set out the sleeping sacks “So… who's taking first watch?” Seonghwa questions gazing towards Dallia who had just finished helping Yunho set out his sleeping sack “Hmmm..I think Wooyoung seems lively enough” the girl says smiling at the lilac “why” said boy whines only receiving a glare from the girl in return “have fun! I’ll take second watch” Dallia smiles walking over to check up on the horses “You should have learned by now that she doesn’t forget” Seonghwa singsons teasingly receiving a harsh slap to his arm from the lilac who glares at him “Shut it fattie!” the boy smirks walking away from the young noble “I swear to god I'm gonna choke him in his sleep” Seonghwa sighs shaking his head “No you wont, you love me to much” the lilac shouts back, blowing the boy a kiss “On second thoughts I’ll do it now” he glares sprinting after Wooyoung, the boy barely escaping as Seonghwa chases him around the campsite

Once things had finally calmed down they were all sitting around the fire, their food long forgotten as they all tell little stories and anecdotes from their past “Yunho do you have any fun stories to tell?” Wooyoung asks looking up at said boy “Uh i mean i ran away from the maids once but that's it” Yunho smiles shyly, “OH! i have a good story, remember when Dallia and wooyoung didn’t quite get along and wooyoung decided it would be a great idea to put pink food coloring in Dallia’s laundry turning all her clothes a light shade of pink” San chuckles “Oh yeah and then when she found out she filled his room with small pins, it was so funny to watch Wooyoung play prickly hopscotch to get into bed” seonghwa adds the two mentioned in the story glaring playfully at one and other
“Well i think that's enough stories for one night” Hongjoong yawns rubbing his eyes sleepily “I agree” Mingi yawns stretching his arms out “Let’s get some rest, take good care of us Wooyoung” Seonghwa says getting up from his place “This is so unfair” the lilac huffs crossing his arms over his chest, everyone goes over to their place quickly getting into their sleeping sacks “Goodnight” Hongjoong said earning a few goodnights in return as they all got comfy before slowly drifting off to sleep

“I can’t believe it's only been 2 hours, this is so boring” Wooyung grumbles changing his place for the 100th time, a hand on his shoulder startles him as he almost skewers said person with his sword “Careful there Woo you might hurt yourself” the girl chuckles watching as the lilac quickly lowers his sword “You scared me” he sighs sitting back down “sorry” the girl chuckles sitting down next to the lilac “What are you doing up? you still have a few more hours before its your turn” Wooyoung gazes over at the girl with a questioning look “I couldn’t sleep” Dallia shrugs sitting back looking up at the stars above “I’ll keep watch, go get some sleep” the girl say keeping her gaze on the starry sky “Please wake me up if you need a break” the boy sighs getting up dusting himself off “I will” the girl smiles meeting his gaze, the boy nods before walking over to his sleeping sack

Dallia sits in silence looking up at the sky, she would have loved to sleep, if only she could, truth is she's scared terrified even, she hasn’t been away from the oasis since what happened and didn’t plan on leaving either, but now that her past was coming back to haunt her she wasn’t afraid for herself but for the others, she knows what the queen is like and what lengths she’ll go too to get what she wants, she doesn’t care if anything happens to her but she couldn’t forgive herself if anything were to happen to the 5 boys she treasured dearly, they have all been there for eachother the past 4 years, they were all as close as family and she considered them family

she gazes over at the boys who are sound asleep, her gaze landing on the prince who is sound asleep spread out like a starfish, she chuckles quietly at the prince’s funny position, she sighs looking away from the prince returning her gaze on the sky above, the cold nights breeze gently brushing through her hair as she keeps watch over the 7 sleeping boys
