“Dallia?” the boy says looking at the girl worried “A-are you sure?” she stutters snapping out of her thoughts “I’m certain” the boy says reaching out and grabbing her hand, a tear falls down the girls face 

“Tell everyone to gather in the courtroom after dinner” the girl says, pulling her hand away and getting up from the chair, “Are you not coming?” the boy asks getting up from his chair, walking around his desk stopping next to the girl “No, I need some air, Please excuse me” the girl says turning towards the door walking out before the boy can say anything

The boy sighs, running a hand through his red hair before walking out of his study, closing the door behind him as he heads to the dining room “FINALLY!” San exclaims as the red haired walks in “Where is she?” San asks looking at the entrance to the dining room “She won’t be joining us” the red haired replies taking a seat at the table “Why?” Wooyoung asks placing a plate of food down in front of the young navigator, the latter gives him a knowing look as the lilac just nods his head as he takes a seat next to the boy “Oh we all have to go to the courtroom after dinner, you too Yunho” the red haired states before looking over at the young prince, they all nod as they dig in to their meal

The girl walks along the small flower path lit up by the moonlight, memories of her past replaying in her head, each one like a jab to the heart,

She takes a seat on a bench that overlooks a small pond “Why” she whispers as tears start falling down her cheeks “After all these years, why?” the girl whispers staring down at the still water of the pond as her tears fall uncontrollably, all those memories she had once locked away deep inside her heart never to see light again are now all being brought back

The girl lets out a shaky breath wiping her tears away, getting up from the bench as she slowly walks back inside to prepare for the meeting

Everyone was now in the courtroom, silence filled the room as they all stood there waiting for the girl to talk “Right let's get to it” the girl says catching everyone’s attention “Hongjoong has found information on the princes attack” the girl states looking at the seated group of boys “Hongjoong if you please” the girl says meeting the red hairds gaze, the young navigator nods as he stands clearing his throat “The ones who attacked the prince are a group of  assassins called Got 7, lead by Lim Jae-Beom,Rumors say theres no extent they wont go to with the right price, I found out that the prince was in Alvion to sign an agreement to join both Alvion and Aurora and he would rule over both kingdoms, is this true your Highness?” the red haired asks looking over at the prince “It is” the young prince confirms looking up at the boy “Now the only person wealthy enough to put a bounty on a royals head is another royal” the young navigator states, the young prince looks up at the boy with a confused look “But who would want me dead? the agreement i signed with the king of Alvion was one that benefits both kingdoms” the young prince questions looking up at the red haired “Unfortunately that agreement did not go down well with everyone, especially not if your the one whose going to wear the crown” the young navigator states meeting the princes gaze “I dont understand who it is that wants me dead” the prince admits looking up at the boy, the red haired glances over at the girl before looking back at the prince “Queen Ara” the boy states as all eyes are on him, “T-the queen?! Why would she want me dead?” the prince stutters “Because she wants nothing more than to be the one on top and with that deal you’ve now become an obstacle for her” the young navigator explains gaze meeting the princes shocked expression “So what’s our course of action?” San speaks up as the attention now falls to him “We will make sure the prince gets back to his kingdom safely” the girl says finally speaking up “When are Seonghwa and Yeosang due back?” the girl asks looking over at the young navigator “Tomorrow afternoon” the red haired replies as the girl takes a moment to think “Ok, Mingi take the prince with you on your rounds tomorrow” the girl says looking over at said boy “Yes mam” he says with a small nod “Hongjoong, we will map out the route tomorrow morning, San make sure the training grounds are ready for when Mingi and the prince get back, Wooyoung you know your duties, we will all meet here again tomorrow after dinner once Seonghwa and Yeosang are back, is everything clear?" the girl finishes as they all nod “You should all get some rest i will see you in the morning” and with that she gets up and walks out before anyone can say anything

the girl heads outside walking down the same flowery path, stopping at the bench she sat on not too long ago

she sits down leaning back as she looks up at the stars remembering the last words her mother spoke to her ‘Whenever you feel sad or lonely, look up to the stars, i’ll be there watching over you, no matter where you are i’ll always be there with you’ a tear falls down her cheek as she smiles up at the stars, her hand comes up to the small necklace pulling it out from under her shirt, it was a necklace her mother gave her before she passed away, the necklace was a small golden compass with a blue and purple star shaped jewel in the middle, she looks down at it with a smile admiring how the jewel glowed under the moonlight

she was so focused on her necklace she didn't notice someone approaching her until they sat down beside her “Dallia?” a voice calls out softly, slightly startling the girl “im so sorry, i didn’t mean to scare you” the young prince apologizes “It’s ok don't worry, what are you doing out here?” the girl asks looking up at the prince “I wanted to make sure your ok, Wooyoung said you’d be here” the prince says meeting her gaze “Are you ok?” the prince ask softly “It’s complicated” the girl sighs fiddling with the sleeves of her shirt “I dont know much about you or what your going through, but what i do know is that your strong enough to get through it, you lead those boys better than anyone i've ever seen, You are brave and kind hearted, very few people in the world have even one of those qualities, so whatever challenge it is that awaits you im sure you’ll succeed” the prince says with a small smile, the girl is left speechless as she just stares at the young prince amazed by his words, he had only known her four days and he already thought so highly of her, “T-thank you” the girl stutters her cheeks turning a light shade of pink, the prince just smiles brightly at her as he sits back “This place is beautiful” the prince says looking at their surroundings with a big smile “Mhm, it’s my favorite spot’ i always come here when i need to clear my head” the girl says looking around with a smile, the prince looks at the girl with a warm smile “OH! i nearly forgot, Wooyoung gave me this to give to you since you didn’t eat dinner” the boy says pulling something wrapped in a napkin out of his pocket, he hands it to the girl as she looks at it wearily before unwrapping the napkins to find a small pastry, she smiles at it before taking a small bite the sweet taste of strawberry instantly hitting her taste buds “He always knows how to make me smile” the girl says looking over at the prince “You seem close” the prince says looking down at her with a small smile “Mhm, he’s like a brother to me, they all are” the girl says meeting his gaze with a smile “They are my family” the girl says smiling brightly “What about your real family?” the prince asks as the girl looks up at him “Thats a story for another time” the girl says with a small smile, the prince nods as they look up at the stars sharing a comfortable silence as they look up at the starry sky above them, the two young royals are yet to learn much about each other...
