As the days went on I was starting to feel more happy. Yea that's right me being happy. It feels good for a change. My friends were right about Matt liking me because he asked me out. I was a bit shocked but I said yes anyways. He invited me and my friends to one of his parties that I have never been to. I was actually really excited to go. My friends all think that he's gonna wanna get in my pants but he doesn't seem like that kind of guy at this point. We have been dating for about 2 weeks and it's going pretty great.
It was the night of the party and I was getting ready. I put on black skinny jeans, a white fitted tank top with a flannel over it and black high top converse. None of my friends and I like to wear dresses so we were all just going casual. I put on some black mascara and black eye liner and curled my straight hair. The party started at 7 and it's 6:30 now and I have to pick up the girls so I'll be leaving my house shortly. My parents are still at work. My mum works as a lawyer and so does my dad. I never see them and if I do it's just me saying hello or goodbye to them.
I get into my car and head over to Alyssa's house then to Kate's. We all talk about how the night is gonna turn out. I ignore the comments they were making about me and Matt " doing the dirty" because I don't think that's gonna happen. We Matts house at 7:15 and we make our way inside his lake house. As we make our way threw the drinking teens I finally find Matt. I walk over to him and give him a small wave before he brings me into a hug. He kisses my lips and I blush and kiss him back. We pull away and he smiles down at me. He then hands me a drink and take it from him and take a sip of it. It tastes like heaven. I take another sip and thank him for it. This is going to be a long- fun- filled night.
