Broken Heart

Chapter 8

It's been a month sense the party. Matt and I are still together. The only reason he wasn't texting me the day after the party was because he was sick from all the drinks he had. He didn't have any second thoughts about that night either. Which was a relief.

I am getting kinda worried though because I missed my period that month and it's getting close to the end this month and I still haven't gotten it. I am to nervous to get a pregnancy test thing and I still haven't told the girls yet. I should probably tell them soon. Like right now. I grad my phone and start a group message:

Kate, Alyssa
"Hey, can you guys come over, it's really important."
Alyssa:
I'll be over in 5 minutes
Kate:
Same

I put my phone down and head to the bathroom before they get here. Still nothing. Shit. I hope Matt didn't do this purposely, he is known for doing such a thing.
Once the girls get here I tell them everything. They weren't mad that I didn't tell them before, which was good. Then I told them I missed my periods after almost 2 months. They told me to buy pregnancy tests. So we all went to the store and got all the ones we could find.
When we got back to me house I brought up 3 water bottles for me to drink. After the first one I had to go so I took the test with me and did what it told me todo. After I did it went back into my room to wait for the results.
" The box says it takes up to 5-10 minutes to find out" Kate says. I nod not able to speak. I'm so nervous. I can't be 16 and pregnant I just can't. After everything I just can't.

8 minutes go by and the results have come. We all take a deep breath and cross our fingers and pray that it's not positive. I close my eyes tightly then Alyssa nudges me telling me it's time to look. We all look down at the stick at the same time. Kate and Alyssa's faces go pale and I fell to the floor crying. The girls were on the floor with me telling me it will be ok. It wasn't ok, the stick read:
Positive.
