Have you ever thought about the ocean?
So wild and terrifying
So lethal, yet mesmerizing
Have you ever thought about the ocean?
How the waves destroy themselves
In the most beautiful way possible
So that the earth can run it's course
Have you ever thought about the ocean?
How calm it can be one second,
And how rough it can be the next
Have you ever thought about the ocean?
How it takes and gives life
How no one can ever tame it
No matter how hard they try
You and I,
We both have oceans inside us
Only difference is
I am the siren singing my song of death
And you're the sailor who is lost at sea
