OUR🌳TREEHOUSE: Exam Week

Jeno and Haechan eyes connected with a literal striking lighting, well Jaemin didn't notice it since he was only looking at Jeno at the moment suprise of the male's appearance.

"Jeno why are you here?", Jaemin asked with confused asked. Jeno cut his eye-fight with Haechan. " I-I was just looking for you since you took a while in the restroom that's all" Jeno explained himself.

"Oh, I didn't know you had a lover already" Haechan commented that took the two surprise, it was a tease of course because Haechan can tell, they don't look like a couple. Funny because Jaemin don't look indifferent with Jeno and he knows, a person who is inlove shine differently when the person they love is around them.

And Jeno doesn't light up the spark, try a little harder buddy.

"No-- we are not, this is just my friend"  Jaemin panicked and explained, Haechan just wanna laugh on how Jeno contorts his face when he got friend-zoned all of a sudden. Haechan will make sure to tease Jeno about it next time.

"Oh, sorry I am mistaken" Haechan said but it seems that he cannot avoid smirking and mockingly looked at Jeno and the guy literally looked so pissed.

Haechan left the two, Jeno's mood steep a little low because of the friendzone but kept his composure around Jaemin. Though he notice something a little off.

"Your scent is different again..?" Jeno confused asked, it smelled sweet or fragrant.

"... Its perfume" Jaemin panicked. "Oh!really that's why it's familliar!" Jeno pinpointed. Well the guy wasn't the one who buys the perfume, his mom. She said it was ths top-notch perfume collection this much.

How wonderous a women beta having an male alpha mate, has born a fine alpha like Jeno.

"I didn't know you like perfumes" Jeno stated and Jaemin panicked thinking of a proper excuse.

"w-well, I'm a beta... I don't have those alluring natural scents from alpha and omega. And I can't smell them so I put on some perfume to atleast experience having a scent" Jaemin explained crookedly, well he was quite nervous that Jeno might not by those reason.

"Oh... So that's why you smelled like an alpha last time, wow perfume maker are getting alpha scents too accurate now, phew" Jeno sighed, science can really make so much stuff; that's what he think and Jaemin just nervously chuckled with him.

It was honestly awkward.

" Oh, yeah Renjun and I will suppose to leave now because we gotta study, I must be waiting for us."

" Oh.. So your booked all day today huh" Jeno said as he bow down his head, like he was kinda expecting something but was washed away. "..yeah"

"Then... Ah, Nana" Jeno was like pleading all of a sudden, an alpha having to carry those soft voice to someone. Shouldn't they be dominative? Strong and cold.

Or was it just a bad generalization among the genders. Some expectation and bad opinions about them being arrogant and prideful. Like how people look over to omega as useless and sensitive.

"Hmm..." Jaemin hums as he anticipates.

"Can I ask you.. Something after the exam..." Jeno said hesitantly.

Jaemin was clueless, to say the least his mind was floating because of a certain reason and he don't have a clue on what Jeno wanted to talk about. Yes they were friends but their bond does seems thin since they have just met a month ago.

"Okay. After the result go out, I might be a little stress becauss I will overthink that I might not pass" Jaemin deal up and Jeno nodded as agreement.

Jaemin was the one to walk first, Jeno scent, it was something, he can feel it all of a sudden he had the urge to avoid it.
