Mark was conflicted, Jeno said Jaemin was a beta...

Then why? Why does he carry that kind of scent? And Mark could note it has a mix on it again but it wasn't the usual mix Mark could smell in Jaemin. It was the smell of ripe peaches.

He got troubled all of a sudden, Jaemin was introduce to him as a beta, but it turns out it was a lie. For all this time Jaemin was hiding his real secondary gender. Not like Mark can say anything about it, he have no rights to do so but Jaemin as an omega change a lot of things in Mark's mind that made Mark overthink. Why?

Jaemin's scent, Jaemin's action towards him, he tried to connect all of it.

Lastly Jaemin was the last person he could remember after going to rut. Did he really push him away?

What if he didn't and did horrible stuff to Jaemin. Realization crashing down to Mark system as it gave him chills.

His instinct and nose never failed him, neither his head when it want to work hard. Mark quickly ran off outside try catching the now known omega but the omega have swiftly run away where Mark can't find him. Many are here, all of the scent are all messed and mixed up outside, so Mark can't figure out where is the person he is finding.

"Hyung?"

Mark got called and by instinct the older turns his head and it was Jeno, " Who are you looking for? I've been waiting for you in the park for already half an hour now how come you didn't get to buy anything?" Jeno whined but Mark's full attention were focus on finding someone.

"Yah! Hyung!" Jeno shouted to snap Mark out of whatever he was doing,
"You look crazy what the hell are you doing?" Jeno said.

"J-Jeno lets hangout next time, I gotta find someone" Mark said and tap the other alpha's shoulder quickly ran off where the young alpha was just left dumb-founded.

Mark ran, look at every store to find where Jaemin went but he can't see him. Mark started to panic becauase his intuition is eating him up, his mind goes all over the place.

If what he was thinking is true then, he now have a child and Jaemin is carrying it.

He need to find his omega, Mark is sure Jaemin will struggle to handle it alone, the boy was so young how can he do that! Jaemin must've suffer under him and Mark culdn't forgive himself if he did do anything that bruised Jaemin.

"Mark, you're fucking stupid" Mark whisper to himself; scolding himself, as he jog his way pass through many people just to search a certain omega. His worries gone worst, he never overthinks like this before, he wasn't this frustrated finding someone but somehow Jaemin pulled those string of Mark's emotion.

Mark's heart were trembling, shaking. He was so anxious. What will Jaemin do? Why do he feel chills on his skin and painful in his heart right now?

Where is Jaemin, why didn't Jaemin approach him, why did Jaemin decided to just hide it, but then again he can't point Jaemin as the one who is at fault, Mark was the alpha, and he was older, he should've acted more careful.

But at second thought why didn't he notice Jaemin was an omega? Did he neglect smelling and determining Jaemin's real identity; but then again it will not work since he will only smell the faint smell of an alpha, Jisung.

He look for every corner even the inner alleyways of the stores and in between but no Na Jaemin was seen, Mark felt exhausted it was just earlier he got out and the sun was just about to rise but now it was setting already, that's how long it took to find not even Jaemin's own shadow.

Mark ended up in his apartment complex, he can't even open the door yet. He was exhausted, his head aches again from running around. He feel so messed up, conflicted by everything. Jaemin, Jaemin should have a reason to hide it from Mark, was he scared that Mark will throw him out? Yes Jaemin thought of it.
