Dream crept through the village, his hand grasping a slightly smaller one. He wasn't too keen on meeting the golem he knew was lurking somewhere around, possibly around each corner they turned.

He knew what it felt like to be hit with arms like those, and he never wanted to feel that again. Or have George feel that. All they had to do was not hit or anger any villagers while they did their business. Technically, Dream could just kill the golem, but he didn't want to risk it.

George's hand slipped out of his as the brunette reached for something from his inventory, "Let's start gathering trees then." George said, Dream following his actions a moment later.

"Yep. Meet back here once it gets dark." Dream instructed, glancing up at the afternoon sky. George nodded, "Sounds good, bet on who gets the most wood in that time frame." He winked, before rushing off towards an oak forest nearby.

Dream shouted at his retreating form, "BET!" before he took off after him.

George managed to be very annoying over the course of the afternoon and evening. Jumping in as Dream finished chopping a log and swiping his wood, much to Dream's great frustration. But before long the sky began to darken, forcing the two boys back to the safety of the village as the mobs began to appear from within the shadows.

Dream made it back first and hurried up towards George approachining, "How much do you have?" He demanded, waiting impatiently as George proudly showed his amount of wood.

A shout rang out through the dimly lit village as Dream threw his own wood on the ground for all to see, "Ha! I win!" He cheered, pumping a fist in the air as George did a double take, "How the hell did YOU manage to beat me!? I stole like half your wood!" He shouted back, amazed at how fast Dream was able to gather wood.

"You cheated! Didn't you?" George made a half jab at Dream's win, the attempt failing as Dream shot it down in an instant, "You wish, huh?" Dream smirked, a smug grin on his face mocked George's scowl.

George huffed, begrudgingly letting Dream have this and turned to a house to sleep, "Whatever." He grumbled, rolling his eyes as Dream half skipped past him and into the house.

It had become rather a bit of a habit for the two to sleep together, not that they minded. George always woke up either on Dream's chest or cuddled into it. He had to admit, it was the best way to wake up and he wasn't sure how he would feel sleeping alone once he was back home.

He yawned, pushing himself off Dream's chest to sit up and rub his eyes. One of the things he hated about Minecraft was that he instantly woke up at a certain time, unable to sleep in even if Dream didn't force him to get up. He certainly missed being able to sleep for however long he wished.

Dream yawned loudly beneath him, George glancing down to see when he was suddenly tugged back down onto Dream's chest.

He could feel Dream's heart through his chest and he was pretty sure Dream could hear his own as his face began to flush bright red, "What-" He began, struggling to sit back up but the blonde's grip prevented him from doing so.

Dream's groggy morning voice woke George up even more as his question was answered, "You're warm." Was his lame response.

George scoffed in fake annoyance to hide his blush, wiggling his head out from under Dream's arms. "We have to get up, stupid." He rubbed his face as if that would help anything.

Dream rolled over to face him, sighing in defeat through half lidded eyes, "Fine." He groaned, not noticing George's only slightly now red face.

George nodded, standing up and opening the door of the villager house they had borrowed for the night, "I'll meet you outside." And on that note, he was already out the door.
