~Izuku's POV~

Today is the day when the sports festival begins, and I have the joy of being part of security. Great. Ever since Dabi and I had our first time together, he won't give me a break the damn sex demon. It doesn't help that Eri is always being looked after by Himiko, Shiggy or granny. I'm shocked that I can even walk still.

Even though I think this, I can't help the small smile that appears. I look over at the crowd as they make their way towards the stadium, excitement vibrating through them. I see a couple people give me curious looks as they walk by, probably thinking I'm one of the newer heroes that just debuted. I simply wave at them as they walk by. I felt something tug on my pants leg and I looked down to see a little boy with a Red Hat that looked to have horns on it.

"Who are you, you don't look like any hero I've seen." he hollered at me. I simply chuckle at his behavior. I look around to see people standing and waiting for me to answer his question. 'Nosy assholes.' I crouched down to his level so that way I'm not towering over him.

"My name is Yami Koshaku, at your service. May I ask what your name is?" several gasps rang around us, but I don't bother to look as I keep my eyes on the little boy. His eyes widen as he starts to stutter. "you're really Yami Koshaku?! The one that kicks people's ass at night and is able to avoid the police and heroes?" he whispers loudly. I simply chuckle while giving a nod. What I don't expect next is when he wraps his arms around my neck and starts to sob. I wrapped my arms around him, rubbing circles on his back in comfort.

"What's wrong little one, why are you crying?" I whispered.

"Y-you p-p-put away the m-man that k-k-killed my parents. T-t-thank you." he stuttered while continuing to cry into my shoulder. "There's a lot of people that I've put away little one, you're going to have to be a little specific." I say to him gently as I continue to rub circles on his back.

"He w-went by the v-v-villain named M-muscular." he says as he choked on another sob. Now the pieces were making sense. That villain was a nasty piece of work when I first encountered him on one of my patrols one night. The fight alone almost made me bedridden for three weeks when it was over. I still have the scars from that particular fight, and you can bet Himiko and granny were not pleased with me when I tried to get back to work the night after. I continue to hold the little boy as he starts to calm down, when I hear a shout from a woman with short brown hair as she makes her way towards us.

"Kota!!!!!" the woman shouted again. As she finally makes her way towards us, she tries to pull him from my arms, but he continues to hold on to me.

"I'm so sorry please forgive him he doesn't normally act like this. Come on Kota, you need to let go now." she said as she tried to make him release me again. His grip was like iron though as he continues to try and stay locked in my arms. She throws her arms up in exasperation.

"Kota, that enough now, let go." she demands again.

"It's alright miss, he's just overwhelmed. You said his name was Kota correct." I ask.

She finally turns her attention towards me, her face morphed into shock. She looks back at Kota as realization occurs in her eyes. "Now it makes sense why he's crying. You're his hero!" she exclaims. I simply give a nod not knowing what else to say to that statement. With her not trying to take him away again, he finally starts to calm down and pulls away from me. Standing back up only for him to latch onto my hand and not let go. I looked towards the woman again with a silent question.

She simply giggles at my confusion. "It looks like he wants to stay with you if that is right with you Mr. Koshaku." she states. I looked back down at Kota to see that his eyes were sparkling at her statement.
