The visit

"hey baby good morning" he said as soon as i pick up his video call.

"hello good morning rin" and i started fixing my pc because We are going to study this morning.
It's currently nine in the morning we don't have online class today so grab this chance to study together and spend time together

" did you ate breakfast already?" i asked

" not yet princess, I was waiting for you to call me but you did not call me" he and pouted his lips

Mukha ba akong kaldero? Ako ba nagluto ng pagkain nya?

" you look like a pato you know that? go get your breakfast na I'll wait for you while I'm setting up" i said to him and motioned my hand in the air giving him a signal to go and get his butt on his chair and get his breakfast

He gave a soft sight of surrendering before standing up from his seat and walk out of his room giving a clear view of his messy bead, it's not that messy sadyang hindi lang maayos ang pagkakaayos ng higaan nya kaya nagmumukhang magulo

when he came back we started our studying session or my studying session and his eating and staring session

after 2 hours of me scolding him go do his work and constantly caughting him staring st me and not doing his thing, gladly we finish all the pending school works we had and as soon as we finished it all we started playing call of duty while waiting for our friends to finish their class

"baby use sniper and go to the building I'll guard you from the ground" sasagot na sana ako when someone knock lightly on the door and ng bumukas ito, it's mama.

" anak tapos kana mag-aral? aalis ako saglit patignan yung kapatid mo ha di pa kasi gising nasa room sya ni kuya, magkasama sila pero alam mo naman ang kuya mo pag nagsimula na maglaro wala ng pake sa paligid nya"she said pertaining to my cute younger sister who is just 4 years old

i just nod my head because I'm busy with sniping the enemy from the top of the building

"baby is that mama?" he asked pagkasarado ni mama ng pintuan ko

Makamama anak ka? Anak ka?

"mmm yup, and i already said to them that you'll come over here sa weekend, kikilalanin ka daw muna nila bago sila pumayag na manligaw ka kahit na nanliligaw ka naman na talags" i reasoned

luckily the game already ended because he literally freeze with his eyes wide open and dropped his phone on his table it made me worried kasi nakabukas bunganga nya baka mamaya may pumasok na kung ano dun!

"hey? you okay? Nathan?" i started taping my screen like it's going to do something.

He silently got up and go out of his room leaving his door open. silence filled my ears but two seconds after i heard someone shouts from his end

" MOM, DAD YOU'LL COME WITH ME TO VISIT YOUR SOON TO BE DAUGHTER IN LAW. SATURDAY NIGHT PLEASE CLEAR YOUR SCHEDULE "

My eyes widen and i think he saw me with thst reaction as he enters back to the room with a bright smile

like he won a lottery.

After a week

Today is the day him and his family will visit our home to have formality. At ngayon din ang unang beses na magkikita kami sa personal

"baby, malapit na kami nag hahanap nalang ng pwedeng parking space" bungad nya ng sagutin nya sa tawag ko.

" okay I'll wait nalang for you guys sa labas ng apartment" I replied.

I told my parents that they're near already and I'm going to fetch them outside the gate . While I was waiting for them my neighbors are wondering why I'm outside because I really don't go out much.
Asking me things but they got interrupted when lola edna, the eldest and and the longest person who had lived in this street, she became the lola of all of us, she may be strict sometimes but she is lovely

"Aba nasa labas ngayon ang dalagita naming ah" natatawang sabi ni lola edna. I just laugh with her and hold her hand as i guide her to sit on the bench that was made just for her to sit everytime she wants to kill some time in the afternoon

"baby!" someone shouted from the gate and when i look at it, it's him with his parents smiling at us. I carefully let go of Lola's hand ng makaupo na sya ng maayos and i ran towards them and open the gate

"good afternoon po, pasok po tayo" I said to his parents while smiling.

After locking the gate nathan gave me a bouquet of flowers- tulips to be exact my favorite flower.

His mom is wearing a branded casual dress and a 3 inches hills and a clutch bag while her husband, Nathan's dad who is holding her and is wearing a faded jeans and a polo shirt. Nathan on the other hand is wearing a black slacks and a plain white button down shirt, it made him look much approachable unlikely how he usually dress, a hoodie and jagger pants

His looks is more like his mom more than his father, from the almond eye's,his nose and to his pump pinkish lips. Ang nakuha lang nya sa daddy nya ay ang kulay nya- moreno, at siguro ang ugali nya rin.

I guide them towards our house, nasa unahan kami ng mga magulang ni nathan, his left hand creeped to my waist and his right hand is carrying the flowers he will give to my mama

"magandang hapon po lola" bati nya nang nakatapat na naming si lola edna.

"magandang hapon din apo" lola said softly but you can sense strictness from it

"manliligaw ka ba ng dalaga naming?"tanong ni lola na hindi ko na ikinabigla dahil palagi nyang tinatanong ang mga lalakeng dinadala ng mga ate ko dito sa street namin

"Opo" he firmly answered

"ingatan mo itong apo ko ha napaka bait nyan" I got shy because of what lola said and she said it infront of his parents.

I distance myself from him but he held my waist firmly and pull me softly towards him and with his other hand passing the flower his holding to the hand that he just use to bring me close to him

he held my lola's hand "lola I promise that I'll never make your princess cry and I'll treasure her as my queen" he said sincerely

"mama papa nandito na po sila" I said as I guide our visitors to seat but his hands are still at my waist like I'm a child that might fall any moment
if he let go of me.

So I whisper t him that it okay and I'll just get some juice sa kitchen.he whispered back to me

" Careful princess okay?"
