A leaf...
Boruto POV
My eyes were awoken to a leaf...
It stayed still, sitting on my nose.
I grabbed the small stem removing off my nose and sitting up from the grass floor.
I stared at the flat green stem plant twisting it, making it spin constantly.
It had two sides of one shade of green being darker than the other.
It felt nice for once... to be alone
To be left out of time
To be gone from the truth
To not worry...

My hearing entertained itself to the erupting of the clashing waterfall.
*sniff*
My smell calming found itself the fresh breeze that traveled through the air.
My attention began to expand outside of the leaf.
I laid it down.
I stood on my two feet realizing there was mist.
The vapored water covered most of my surroundings.
I walked away from the leaf.
Into the mist...
I strolled through it not worry about what was ahead.
The quiet aura...
It was so pleasant to not have anybody to argue with.
No talking, no yelling, no anger, no stress
No nothing
Just me, my thoughts, and this warmth...

Something I didn't really notice I had.
I carried it with me as I stepped on the cement walkway.
Both my arms wrapped around as if it was a instinct to protect it.
It was small.
It felt fragile.
The more I had this weight on me.
I came to realization that it was a child.
It had a animal like mask on.
Their small arms were clinging onto my neck.
"Mas..."
I could hear a noise come from them as I stopped in my tracks.
"Master..."
The small child rubbed there eyes under the mask before putting it back down.
"Master can you take me home"
