Chapter XXIX

Sasuke POV

We arrived at the Hokage's office. Naruto sat in his chair while Kakashi and I stood in front of the desk.

"So Sasuke what is it you wanted to talked about" Naruto spoke up.

Naruto POV
I looked at Sasuke his expression changed.

"There's something coming"

"What exactly" I asked.

"A threat worst than Momoshiki"

"Why do you say that" Kakashi asked.

"The people that Boruto and I fought that day spoke of the Divine Tree and capturing Boruto"
"They wanted him for something" He said.

"What do you think they need him for" I asked.

"Probably because he has the curse mark"
"He's probably part of their plan" Kakashi said.

"Yes but what's his purpose in the plan that's the real question" I said.

"That's the thing that keeps on bugging me"
"The people that attack us mentioned that the doujutsu that Boruto possesses scares the Ōtsutsuki" He said.
"So that means they will appear again" Kakashi said.
"Yes or maybe...." Sasuke walked to the window.

"Their already here" He said.

"What do you think we should do Naruto" Kakashi asked me.
"We sho-"
"Nothing" Sasuke interrupted.
"Nothing at the moment" He said.
"Should we put more shinobi on patrol"I asked.
"No that will only make them more cautious on their movements" Sasuke turned around and look at us.

"What about Boruto" I asked.

He stayed quiet once again.

"I'm not sure"

"Even though he's surpassed us already"
"I'm not confident on him being left alone"
"He hides himself very well that even I can't sense him"
"He could probably be listening to us at the moment and we won't even know"
"He could be gone and we won't even notice" Sasuke finished.

"Yes that's huge issue" Kakashi started to stroke his chin."
"Shouldn't we trust him"
"He capable of defending himself" He added.
"Yeah Kakashi Sensei's right"
"We should have full trust in him"
"He's already a man Sasuke" I added.
He sighed.
"I do trust him it's just-"
I stood up from my chair.

Sasuke POV
Naruto put his hand on my shoulder.
"Look Sasuke you have to relax more"
"I know you worry about him way to much because you care about him"
"But you have to have more trust in him" Naruto smiled.
*sigh*
"I guess... your right" I gave in.

Naruto POV

"But theres something else" Sasuke said.
"What is it" Kakashi Sensei asked.

"Before Boruto's memory was wiped out"
"He spoke of having strange dreams"
"Dreams where he would have encounters with these strange individuals" Sasuke was sweating more.

"What do you mean strange individuals" I asked.

"His first encounter was a man with a white robe stating that he was the key but then..." He was starring at the floor.
